Wonderful A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 121 days in December, 2012 I really enjoyed our long-term rental in Treehouse 103C. It did seem a bit smaller in person than the pictures on the website depict, but it still worked out perfectly for our group! We liked being in Silverthorne with easy access to all the different ski resorts. The unit was very clean and modern. Lots of kitchen supplies, very nice showers and the beds were comfortable. Lots of games, movies and an x-box were available, which was really nice! We really loved being in this condo for the season! |

Hidden gem A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 Had no idea that we could enjoy a truly "mountain experience" in Silverthorne -- a nice surprise! Nicely updated unit in a fairly secluded sector with a view of Lake Dillon from the balcony door. The game room was a hit with our 7-year-old, as was the playground in the woods and the foxes we saw on our walks. The common areas of this Tree House property are fairly run down and not maintained, unfortunately. Wish we had carried some Lysol wipes with us . . . . We left wondering if there were properties to buy, actually, so it was a positive stay overall! |

I would give 5's to all questions. Treehouse 103C John P. from Melbourne, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 Overall, it was ok. Just a couple constructive comments. The plumbing was temperamental; low pressure and difficult to control temperature in shower. If we had known about the climb from the parking lot and the fact the unit did not have air conditioning, we would not have rented this unit. We're in our late 60's and the altitude really affected us. These facts need to be included in the unit description.A plus - the beds were very comfortable. |

Treehouse 103C Colleen B. from Des Moines, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 The unit was smaller than I expected. The photos made it appear much larger. There was no fan or air conditioning. We borrowed one from the office. The swimming pool was out of order much of our stay. When I called and inquired about Tennis courts, the person didn't know if there were any on the property. There were, we would have liked to have known that, we would have brought along equipment. There needs to be more mention of the racquetball,tennis courts,and ping pong. The tv in the master bedroom was not connected, it could only be used for dvd's. The balcony needs repair on the concrete floor, it was too rough to stand on barefoot. Otherwise, it was nicely decorated, clean and functional unit. |

Summer Visit A guest from Greeley, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 I know it is in the mountains but it was still very hot in the condos. Even at night to sleep with windows open. Also, alot of uphill walking was a bit hard, but still very nice. |
