This three-room apartment (about 62 m²) receives guests on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with a sofa, a full kitchen on the north side, a dining area, a Murphy bed (queen size), a master room with a queen bed, a second room with a bunk bed—can also be used as a twin bed for an adult—a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a south balcony.
