Payment for the heating will be paid separately, based on the gas used.

You will have access to the common garden and the river. Just next door are the Mirafiume Tennis courts. The municipal swimming pool is within walking distance. A good supermarket can be reached in two minutes walking. The village of 'La Villa' has several good restaurants and stores.
