Enjoy a stay on the lakeshore of Ammersee close to Munich. This is an excellent choice both for travelers on vacation or attending a business meeting in or around Munich. The newly constructed building (July 2011) has 5 apartments for 1 to 5 people for each unit. Awarded four stars by the DTV (good for an occupancy of two people). Optimal location quiet and close to lakeshore. No car needed./p>
The apartments are suitable to allergy sufferers: no carpets, only washable floors! All apartments are nonsmoking. Pets are only allowed with our written consent and any fee.

Pricing
During off-season 2012, the price is for 2 adults. The third person pays € 15.00 per day and the fourth € 10.00 per day.

The price includes 7% VAT, bedding, towels, tourist tax, and final cleaning. There are no additional costs.

For a short stay of 2–3 nights, a surcharge of € 20.00 applies.

If full payment occurs within 8 days after booking, a one-time discount of 3% applies that is valid for booking no later than 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival.

During the Oktoberfest and major trade shows prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that during high season June - September only weekly bookings are accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

Location
The apartments are located on a quiet side street in a residential area and with only 150 meters distance from the lakeshore. The street comes to a dead end and a pedestrian path that leads to Ammersee. Here are found Seewinkel Beach and the local spa gardens. A bit further you get to the pier and the lake promenade. Away from the lake, you can go through the tunnel and reach downtown Herrsching directly.

In two minutes walk you get to the large bathing area replete with activity options such as swimming, surfing, sailing, or just sunbathing. Watching the sunsets here on Germany's longest inland waterfront is quite romantic. The area has many restaurants offering regional and international cuisine, intimate bars, ice cream parlors (with terrace), bistros, beer gardens along the lake, personal shops to discover, several supermarkets, convenience stores, train and bus stations, taxi stops, and ship ferries. Here's the best part: you can leave your car behind because everything is in close walking distance!
