For two years our family has lived in the old manor house and rented three large apartments in the mansion Necheln. The manor house and the apartments have been lovingly restored and furnished. The estate is a former manor, first mentioned in 1432. The manor house is located in the Lake District National Park Sternberger, directly on the Warnow River, which flows into the Baltic Sea at Rostock-Warnemünde. Necheln is located twenty minutes from Schwerin, the Baltic Sea can be reached in forty-five minutes and Barlach Güstrow is also just 40 minutes away.

Surroundings: In the immediate vicinity (10 steps) is located Mrs. Lindemann's yard. There is a lovingly restored old stable, which stands for events such as readings and lectures. Mrs. Lindemann accommodates small and large animals, parrots, cats, dogs, horses and cows. On the farm, it is also possible to board horses. Riding trails in and around Old Necheln are signposted and invite into larger or smaller tours. You can learn about the beaver and other rare and valuable animals.
