It has a small dining area with a television (satellite reception). * When eating meals you have an unobstructed view of "Waikiki Beach". * The master bedroom is furnished with double bed 180cm X 200cm. Beds size 155cm X 220cm in comfort. * The kid's room is equipped with double wall bed 90cm X 200cm and each course can also be used by two adults, since they're stable as fixed beds. The fold-away beds can be folded away with one hand when needed. The resulting space is then suitable for play. * The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking. Ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer available. * The bathroom also offers the chance for showers. The toilet is built into the bathroom. * The apartment is designed to sleep 4 persons comfortably. The Garden: Our garden is not very large indeed, but still offers the opportunity to sunbathe - for children the opportunity to play - and for gourmets the opportunity to use (by request) the separate barbecue terrace. Surrounded by flower beds on the terrace is an inviting place for many a summer evening to enjoy.
The House: Our apartment is modern and welcoming and provides everything you need in order to feel comfortable. We enjoy, in addition to the equipment that belongs to the premises, the terrace and the playground, and we're in a convenient location near the city center and yet surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Location: We are in the outskirts and still near the center of Immenstadt, only 10 minutes away. The bakery and a shop for Mediterranean cuisine, as well as three restaurants with Italian, Chinese and Bavarian-Swabian specialties are just 5 minutes away.
Hiking trails start right behind our home. The "Mittagbahn" chairlift - a 3 minute walk away from us - will take you to 1451m altitude. Here you can enjoy the pleasures of winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing, or hiking in other seasons up into mountain regions through various routes, on which mountain huts invite you to rest and try the Allgäu delicacies.
Our apartment is also an ideal base for day trips to Lake Constance in Switzerland, Austria and to the Bavarian royal castles like Neuschwanstein, Linderhof and Herrenchiemsee.
