This Gulf Front Vacation home has top of the line everything with a large sub-zero refrigerator, two large ovens, six burner cook top with gas and electric, two dishwashers, warming oven, all in stainless steel, truly one of a kind.

There are two living areas, one is 25 by 19 great for gathering, group games, charades, Karaoke, etc., a large formal dining room, a music room with a baby grand piano, a karaoke machine, and games, and plenty of outdoor living space.

The master suite, with a candle-lit spa bath, large double headed shower with built in seat, private fireplace, and sitting area with ten foot long window seat and a private balcony, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are two additional tastefully decorated Gulf Front suites, and three other bedrooms tastefully decorated including a children’s bunk room. The unbelievable master has a king bed, "The Cabana Room" has a queen, "The Tea Room" has a double, "The Hat Room" has a double and a double futon, and "The Bridge" has two doubles, "The Bunk room" has two sets of bunk beds and a double futon. Five of the six bedrooms have at least a double or larger bed in them for five couples to sleep private. There are two kayaks available for you to use along with a little motorless John boat at no additional charge. We have a power boat that you may rent for an additional charge and visit beautiful untouched islands for shelling or just to have an island to yourself for the day.

Nearby Attractions: We are located in between Clearwater beach and Tarpon Springs, an area of Multi million dollar homes, very Centrally Located, we are a very unspoiled community with its own little pier, park, Nondenominational Church by the Sea, close to golf courses, more beaches and all the attractions like parasailing, jet skiing, swimming with manatees, etc. There are plenty of gourmet and family dining and FUN restaurants and lots and lots of shopping!! Fun places for night life in famous Ybor City. You can paddle out to Honeymoon Island or local spoil islands with their gorgeous beach and also three Rooker Bar and along the way you’ll see dolphins swim by!! Also Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach, are within bike riding distance, which are two of the Nation’s top five beaches. Walking distance to the Pinellas Trail - or you can use our bikes! Not to mention Disney, Bush Gardens, Sea World, Universal and MGM Studios within one hour 50 minutes. This home being very stunning and tastefully decorated, just truly one of a kind!

During the latter part of the summer, end of July and August, sea grass sheds in the Gulf of Mexico and if there is no rain or storms, it will accumulate on the shore. But there are local beaches that service the beaches and remove it from the shores.

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund up to 90 days. 50% refund up to 60 days. No refund
within 59 days unless we are able to rent out the time for the same
rate. Deposit refund 30 days after check-out.

Deposits
$1,000 deposit for security plus half of balance is due upon
reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If paying balance on arrival only cash is then accepted.

****THis home is not on big beachy beach, but a small private shore area directly on the Gulf of Mexico for mostly the kids to explore and play and find fiddler crabs, star fish, hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, all kinds of sealife. We are tidal and when tide goes out, people like to walk out and explore the tidal pools for all kinds of creatures, sea urchins, etc... .***** It is not for running or long walks or playing any type of large activity.
