BOOKABLE DIRECT WITH THE OWNER "Justice de Paix" is a traditional medieval market village in the Dordogne region, and our house is a 12th century traditional stone house located in the beautiful ancient street next to the 11th century church. The houses has three large bedrooms, making it ideal for families and couples traveling together. The village is easily reached from Paris or London in a few hours, and Spain is only a few hours drive away. The climate in Southern France is great, making even a winter holiday enjoyable. Situated in the picturesque medieval Rue Justice de la Paix, our house in St Cyprien is a twelfth century stone house. Recently renovated, the house is spacious, light and comfortable. It is a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and great local market.
It has new comfortable beds, and is equipped with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher,heating, TV/DVD/CD, good quality linen and towels, and fantastic outdoor areas. Downstairs:
- The main living area of the house has French doors and a large window which looks out to the courtyard. Comfortable seats, a great dining area, and a TV/DVD/CD are there for you to enjoy and relax.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a breakfast table and chairs.
- Fully tiled the spacious bathroom has a full size bath and a separate shower.
- The WC is a separate room.
- Downstairs is completed with an entrance hall, and a utility room, photo of with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs:
- The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and views of both the ancient church and the street. This is a large room which easily fits a fold out single bed if required.
- The second spacious bedroom also has a queen size bed, and has a view of the ancient street.
- The attic room has two single beds on one side, with a play area opposite. There is a double sofa bed here if required. Outside :
The courtyard has a picnic table and gas BBQ. There are fabulous views to the ancient church.

Changeover day is Saturday (also willing to consider other days)Arrivals - Saturday afternoon after 4.00 o’clock, Departures - Saturday morning by 10.00 o’clock. Guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests. A cleaning service is available , if required, at a cost of 80 Euros which would be payable locally to our agent.. Please advise when booking if you require this service. Long winter lets available from October - March by negotiation. Short breaks by arrangement. We are able to take payment in Australian Dollars No smoking inside cottage. Linen and towels are included in the price.
