Very nice apartment (55 sqm) with separate entrance in an upscale and very quiet residential area. It consists of a large living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & roof terrace. All rooms are exclusively furnished. Everything is tastefully decorated.

In the bedroom (DVD-TV), the bed can be separated into two. A baby cot or extra bed is available.

Terrace (for smoking) has garden chairs and barbecue in the summer. Bathroom and bedroom have air conditioning. The living room is also the dining area, next to the kitchen. The living room comes with 94LCD TV, DVD and music system. The couch has a hide-a-bed. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Although our house is situated in the countryside, all mountain monuments, such as the World Cultural Heritage Zollverein, are within easy reach. Water castles in Münsterland can also be reached by car in 30 minutes. There are bike trails right here, whence you can explore the whole Ruhr area.

Theaters, museums and many other cultural sites are quick nearby. One can be in the center of Essen on public transport in about 20 minutes and there is a direct bus to the Veltins-Arena (7km). With the bicycle, which we provide free, one can explore the Ruhr and bike to the Zollverein in a few minutes.
