The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.80m wide) and a balcony. There is a 30sqm living-room and a second balcony, and a mini-wintergarden. The furnishing not only includes antique furniture, but also designer furniture and artistic paintings. In the spacious living-room there are 2 settees for extra sleepers. The furnishing also includes a flatscreen TV, DVD, CD player and a radio.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave oven.
The bathroom has a toilet and there is a separate guest toilet. On the ground floor of the building there is a bakery with a large choice of bread, rolls etc. for the morning.
This is a non-smoking apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony.

The apartment is in an excellent location for tourists. There are the metro, street trams and the S-Bahn nearby. If you arrive by train, please proceed to the East Railway Station, whence it is only 2km to the apartment.
Traveling light one could even come on foot, otherwise just take a taxi, which should be cheap due to the short distance. In the streets of Riga and the surrounding area there are many restaurants where you can still eat very cheap.
Four stations further on the underground train at Alexanderplatz, the prices are much higher. Also, a discount supermarket (Lidl) is not far away. The very first evaluation of our very first guest from Denmark, written in English, gives us high praise for the location, its proximity to the center and for the furnishings. In our house is a bakery that opens early. This doesn't, however, make for noise pollution.
