- a large well equiped kitchen with a direct access to a lovely outside terrace with a direct view to the park
- a dining room with table and chairs to dine in
- a large, cosy and very lightly living-room with fireplace and french doors lying to the sunny yard
At first floor:
- a double bed room
- a twin bedroom
- a family room with 1 double and 1 single beds
- a second twin bedroom set in a mezzane level to sleeps another two old children / teenagers
- 1 bathroom and 1 shower room
- 1 sep toilets
Every rooms have been fitted and decorated with lot of care, providing a charming and peaceful atmosphere to the guests.
OUTSIDE:

The swimming pool: This is a beam shape pool, ideal for children as there are no steps. Floodlit at night for those evening drinks under the stars. Gates with locks circle the entire pool area.
The covered terrace: overlooking the pool, it offers an amazing views over the wood and alfresco dining. It is equiped with sunbeds, table and chairs for adults and little ones.
Garden : a 17 hectares private garden with lot of mature trees, bushes, flowers, grassy area ... Swing and sand vat for the little guests.
SITUATION

Le Play is only 8kms from the bustling market town of Le Bugue and about the same distance from Les Eyzies.
It is therefore ideally situated for exploring both the Vezere and the Dordogne valleys and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby. Bergerac airport is 45min drive only and the many Chateaux and Bastide towns of the Dordogne are all within a short drive.
