Our South-facing non-smoking vacation apartment is in idyllic and calm surroundings. We furnished it with an eye for detail and to provide the best of comfort. Separate telephone line and WLAN provide private and undisturbed communication; a small, sunny terrace with green view is an inviting spot for relaxing after a day of excursions. Our non-smoking vacation apartment, which we equipped with high-quality furnishings and decorated lovingly, has a separate entrance right next to our nice ginkgo tree. The three windows in the oriel are oriented towards the South.

The apartment is 50 sq.m in size and accommodates two. Using the sleeper sofa, another two guests could sleep in it.

The rooms have tile or laminate flooring, smoke alarms and a safe.

Our vacation apartment is in the South of Dresden, in quiet location, surrounded by lots of greenery, yet close to the city center (10 minutes) and the university.

A visit to the historical old town with castle, Semperoper, cathedral, new market and the reconstructed Frauenkirche will leave a lasting memory; the many restaurants, bars and cafes, also come highly recommended, and a shopping tour through the Centrum- and Altmarkt-Galerien shopping areas may round the visit off nicely.

You can also reach the next freeway on-ramp quickly from the apartment, making it an excellent starting point for trips to the Saxon Switzerland or the nearby castles.
