The comfortable apartment has a floor space of 55 sq.m., is newly furnished and has room for two (plus one child).

Separate entrance, wind screen, wardrobe.

Two large double doors lead directly onto the terrace. The comfort kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwashing machine and Senseo coffee maker. The new bathroom is nicely furnished and equipped with shower cabin and toilet. Bed sheets, towels and dish rags are provided. There is also a safe for your valuables.

Location:
The spacious non-smoking apartment is in the lower level of our single family home, but basically at ground level thanks to the site on a slope, with a 60 sq.m. large terrace and colorful flower garden surrounding it. New 2011: Sun Breakfast Corner!

On a tour through these middle mountain reaches of Eifel and Ardennes, one encounters them in various facets. You can reach hiking trails of the Eifel society (Eifelverein) right from our house. Rursee Boat Tour
With the Eifel or St. Nikolaus from Einruhr to Rurberg. In combination with a hike along the lake’s edge, you’ll experience nature at its most beautiful. The pier is only 10 minutes by foot from the apartment.
Heilsteinquelle
The fountain is highly regarded: low in salt, high in magnesium, high content of carbonic acid. Have a healthy taste right from the fountain in front of the Heilsteinhaus in Einruhr.
Eifel National Park
In this first national park of Nordrhein-Westfalia, many events on the themes forest, water, wilderness are being offered. There are regular ranger tours and meetings and forest guide hikes as well as special programs for children and families, promising relaxing and exciting encounters for young and old. Annually, in November, marathon fever finds its way to Einruhr, with many sportspeople running the 42 km around the Rursee lake.
