Apartment house located centrally in Stavanger, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town.
The house consists of three self-contained apartments that can be rented together or separatly.
APARTMENT 1 with three twin/double bedrooms (sleeps 6):
Ground floor apartment: hallway, 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each room but can be put together to form double beds; sleeps 6 people), kitchen/ living room and bathroom.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and includes: a 4 ring cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, mix-master and toaster.
- The living room has a sofa, easy-chair and coffee-table.
- TV with DVD and satellite TV with national and international channels.
- Dining area with table and seating for 5 people.
- The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
APARTMENT 2 with two bedrooms (sleeps 6):
1st floor apartment: 2 triple bedrooms - 1 room with a double bed + extra bed if required and 1 room with 3 single beds (2 can be put together to form a double bed), kitchen/living room and bathroom. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and includes a 4 ring cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
- The living room has a corner sofa, easy-chair and coffee-table.
- TV with DVD and satellite TV with national and international channels.
- Dining area with table and seating for 3-4 people.
- The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay
APARTMENT 3 with one twin bedroom (sleeps 3):
2nd floor apartment: 1 double bedroom, kitchen, living room with double bed and bathroom. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine.
- Small separate kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need including a 4 ring cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
- The living room has a corner sofa & coffee-table. There is also an extra single bed in the living room.
- TV with DVD and satellite TV with national and international channels.
- The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay
All apartments have broadband internet access.
House Ryfylke Apartment 1 (sleeps 6)
Per Night - NOK 900
House Ryfylke Apartment 2 (sleeps 4-6)
Per Night - NOK 800
House Ryfylke Apartment 3 (sleeps 2-3)
Per Night - NOK 650
Discount:
For bookings 7-13 days 5% discount apply
For booking 14 or more days 10% discount apply
Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via www.paypal.com (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice if required. Payment should reach us no later than 15 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: NOK 1000
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.
Extras:
We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Free baby cot or high chair if required. Free broadband wireless internet access.
Parking:
Parking is restricted to residents only, but daily parking permits can be purchased from Stavanger Parking.
Use of property:
No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
