From here, it is 8 minutes to the city center, 10 minutes to the Munich Exhibition Area (Messestadt Ost) and in 45 minutes to the airport. No pets allowed, non-smoking area. The large scaled vacation apartment, approx. 592 square feet. is ideal for 2 persons. On special request of our visitors, the apartment is open for up to 4 persons. For this purpose, comfortable, extensible couch corner fittings are available in the living room. All rooms are endowed with massive oak parquet floors and comfortably decorated with genuine oriental carpets.

The congenially equipped living room offers a look onto the green gardens of the surrounding houses. Comfortable furniture brings, with a glass of a well known Munich beer or a jug of good wine, the relaxing atmosphere that you want for a restful vacation. Color TV with cable connection and a radio keep you up with the current state of the events.

Over a bar counter, serve yourself directly from the bright and technically equipped kitchen.
