Apartment 3 on the upper floor offers about 35 m². It is a nice 1-room apartment for 2 people with living room, sleeping area (bed of 1.4x2 m), shower/toilet, dining area, kitchenette and balcony.

From the apartment, you have a nice view of our newly designed garden and the surrounding buildings. A car parking spot comes with the apartments; up to four bicycles can be stored safely indoors. With permission, it is possible to barbecue in the garden.

The living area is separated into living and bed room. The living room area offers a leather sofa and TV set for a pleasant evening. The sleeping area features a double bed with 1.4 x 2 m size and telephone.
