We really enjoyed our stay.We had a few moments of concerned when they were remodeling the condo next door. But after they realized we were next door they were a little quieter. The property manager was very gracious and checked on us and purchased day passes to the Spa for us for the inconvenience!Thank you so much. The Condo was very nice, but they could use a new dishwasher :>)Very peaceful

Was great until the last day...
A guest from Port Moody, BC does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in February, 2014
The experience was great until the last day. First the good; the unit was nice and clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware etc. Now the bad; they claim it to be a ski out and I'd say this a complete misrepresentation. We booked a two night stay but they charged us a $125.00 short stay cleaning service fee which they do if you don't book 4 days to accommodate cleaning earlier than planned. This is silly as they have to clean it regardless but then would not allow us a two hour late check out because the unit needed to be cleaned as new guests were arriving. So if they have someone else checking in right away then why would we have to pay a short stay cleaning fee, in fact it would cost them less to clean as the mess after 2 days is much less than 4 days? So we came back for checkout time and an early lunch, unhappily so as per their regulations which is fine, that's their rules but there was no flexibility on their behalf at all to clean our unit last or at least work with us a little to accommodate us at all, but where it gets worse is our vehicle was towed from the outside parking area right at our checkout time. Hmmm a coincidence, or perhaps an unhappy owner in the complex that does not rent out their place and holds resentment to those that do and take it out on us that spent big money to rent the unit. What should have been a great experience turned into a bad experience and another $135.00 towing charge and significant hassle of going to go get the car out of the impound lot with some upset and confused kids in tow while dealing with all of ski gear while doing so. Will not rent this place again and in fact will be going after the towing charges and the costs of lift tickets for that day due to the fact that we spent the afternoon tracking down our car and not skiing. We will not rent this unit again nor will we recommend it to anyone.

overall nice stay but...
A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in February, 2014
The overall stay was great. Clean rooms and towels. Spacious rooms and extra mattresses.very welcoming decor. Only poor points which affected our stay was the fact there was very limited hot water for showers. Every night we had to wait hours for the hot water to be refilled after few ppl in our group took a shower. The hot tub was nice when it was working. Stated time available was till 10 but by 6,it was already off and there was no light from the walkway in the hot tub area, making it very dangerous.

Treeline Escape
Warren H. from North Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in October, 2013
Our family had the most wonderful weekend getaway at Treeline in Whistler! The unit is in the perfect location - just minutes from Lost Lake and a lovely walk to the Upper Village. We really liked the layout of the unit-it suited our family's needs with lots of space and privacy. Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations has booked us many times now for our Whistler holidays and we have always been very satisfied! Thank you Jamie and Roy for another great stay!

Ok property
Susan S. from Bremerton, WA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 8 days in August, 2013
First, the Management Company is outstanding, the place was comfortable and reasonably well maintained. Plusses: On the up side, the bus ran right in front of the condo complex, it had covered and secure parking, a jetted tub, bbq on the patio and a small hot tub were nice amenities. Cons: The largest problem I had was there seemed to be a voltage problem as the hot water heater, stove, and microwave seemed to run at super low power. When the hot water ran out, you had to wait two hours for more, something that said to cook for 45 minutes in the oven took nearly an hour 15 minutes and a bag of popcorn will not fully pop before burning. Also, the numbering system at the condo complex is ridiculous. The numbers are next to the door, problem is, the condos on the left as you enter are up the stairs, behind trees and you can't see the numbers! There are no directional arrows or anything. I finally found unit 17 and counted my way down to find the condo. This is my fourth condo I've stayed in this year, and this was nice enough, but still probably the bottom of the four as far as quality and comfort.

Great Stay - Check-in could have gone more smoothly
Amanda M. from Pitt Meadows, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013
The townhouse was excellent and met our needs. Once we got in and settled we had a wonderful trip. That being said I was frustrated to the point of wanting to return home before I even entered the unit. I am a super busy business owner / mom and did not have time to read all the literature prior to arriving at the unit. I will take responsibility for this. I downloaded the app as suggested but there was no indication that I needed it for anything beyond a curiosity. Upon arriving at Treeline with my tired out 2 year old there was no one to meet us, no check in (which has been my families prior experience with other similar properties), no signage etc. Luckily I had downloaded the app and so could find a phone number to call. I was told to park my car and wander around until I found my unit then enter using the code provided in the app. So after our long drive I had to drag my tired out boy around while we wandered the property looking for our unit, find our keys, go back to the car, enter the car park and then make several trips up and down stairs to unload our car (all with him crying away behind me). this would not prevent me from going again - but I likely would not have arrive without help and I would have packed very differently had I know the only way to access the unit was by walking one arm load at a time up three flights of stairs. As a suggestion - perhaps the confirmation email should not just say "download our app" in a friendly this is cool way - but rather - "download this app - you will need it to access your unit upon arrival" along with some indication of what to expect upon arrival. My sister who arrived an hour later with her two children was similarly frustrated after a 7 hour drive trying to figure out where to go etc. - luckily I was there and able to help her out and make her wandering a shorter process.

WE had a great time and experience! Underground parking was awesome because of all the snow! Heated flooring was very fine! Treeline sign to enter the property was difficult to see. The dark green lettering did not show up at night and got snow covered as thee week progressed. Great condo for us our adult children.

Great Experience, Great Fun, Superb Accommodations
Colette T. from Okotoks, Alberta recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in May, 2012
We were wanting a place where we could relax, feel at home and our accommodations at the Treeline offered all of that plus some. The accommodations were great, had all of the amenities that we were looking for. It was very comfortable, roomy, restful and peaceful. The location was superb, hiking trails just outside the complex and proximity to the village was within walking distance. Would we go again and rent the same unit, in a heartbeat. As for the Blackcomb Peaks Accommodation group, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We have rented from Blackcomb Peaks in the past and its always been a very possitive experience. Blackcomb Peaks has always met if not exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU!!!

A guest from Fircrest, WA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012
We were disappointed that the property is not ski out, although it is possible to ski in, we never found the trail. Management was hard to deal with because the are not on site. We could not get into the unit at first because they gave us the wrong access code. It took over an hour for them to call us back. Beds were very uncomfortable, kitchen knives were dull and not usable, oven did not work at first and we had to fix it ourselves, and the wireless internet did not work for the first 24 hours we were there. We will never stay here again.
