It is a very quiet and private location--perfect for what we were looking for (but it is ~20 minutes from Pigeon Forge). The porches were lovely--for outdoor eating, relaxing on the swing, and sitting in the hot tub. The wooded views were very quiet and serene. The bed is uncomfortable, but other furniture was fine. The cabin advertises as having "wifi" but it does NOT have wifi internet or internet access. I called the service line about this but did not hear back. We did have a "chirping" smoke detector which was fixed within hours of when we reported it. Unfortunately, we saw two cockroaches during our three night stay.

This being a pet friendly cabin it would have been nice if the outdoor lighting had a switch so that it could be kept on as opposed to motion sense. My husband and I found ourselves out in the complete dark a few times while taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom. Also- the wifi was a bit of a problem. I realize it was advertised that it may or may not be equipped with WIFI but our cabin had a router and everything and yet we were never able to connect. Normally we wouldn't mind but we have sick relatives at home and with being in a no cell service zone there was absolutely no way our family could get in contact with us (the phone provided did not work either- which all posed a problem: what if one of us needed emergent care and had no way of contacting someone. Yes there was a phone at the office but that was quite the hike to get there if there were to have been an emergency). Other than those few problems we had a wonderful time!

Also, the bathroom being upstairs is inconvenient. The only other complaint is we have stayed at other cabins and they typically have a few items such as sugar, salt and pepper, spices, things of that nature that would have been nice to have on site. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper. We did not run out but it was close. Two rolls would have been nice. Overall we loved it there and we would go back.

The first problem was not being able to find the cabin due to lack of a sign. The second was having trouble with unlocking the door. The third was cleaning up water leaking down from the ceiling because the piping to the tub has not been checked. The fourth was advertisement online and in the cabin for wifi and there was no wifi. The fifth was a landline that did not work. The final problem was the phone calls we made to Elk springs resort and their inability to resolve these issues.

The couch downstairs was very uncomfortable to sit on, had no support and the bed was the same. The T.V. channels were sparse. It did not include the 3 major networks and the reception went out when a major rain storm came thru. There was not internet or cell phone service available. If these things were corrected we would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Stayed for 2 days in April, 2016 When I purchased this cabin I was under the impression that there was free wifi included, but when I got there the wifi did not work, nor did the house phone that was in the cabin. I did not have cellphone service. I had to drive about 15 min away from the cabin to have service. I called maintenance and they informed me that this particular cabin could not get wifi because of the location it was in and that they would have someone come and check the house phone within a few hours. No one showed up. I feel like it was false advertising. The cabin had a hornet infestation. The hornets were in the bedroom and bathroom. I'm assuming they knew about it considering there was hornet spray left in the cabin. Some of the jets didn't work in the hot tub. The cabin was clean, it did have cable, but other than that, I'm not sure I would recommend this property to a friend.

As a secluded cabin, we do expect that you will see hornets and wasps outside of the cabin. We do leave bee spray in some of our cabins. We have found that some of our guests that choose our secluded cabins do not want to be bothered by maintenance coming out to take care of bees on the exterior, such as in the hot tub area or by the porch swing. We want you to be able to enjoy each and every amenity during your stay. While we anticipate that you will see them outside, you should not on the interior of the cabin. We have our cabins treated by a professional pest control company monthly for reasons such as this. We can assure you, this is not acceptable to us. We sincerely apologize for the issues that you encountered, we can assure you these are being addressed and corrected. We are sending one of our maintenance technicians to the cabin to take care of the hornets inside the cabin as well as to repair the jets that are not working on the hot tub. I believe a pest control service would enhance as there were wasp in bathroom along with some other bugs in egg form in corner by toliet also several black ants in kitchen along with a spider in the corner behind kitchen door with eggs. While there is a phone for emergency (911) calls it is located only downstairs in the kitchen would feel more comfortable with one upstairs as well. Had several issues with key pad for door we stood outside 1st time for over 30 min trying to get in it would only flash red. I had to use the emergency phone with my on star service to call the ofc since there is no phone or internet service. Was given another code that we tried 10 times before it worked. Called the ofc the following day and was given another code which we never had trouble with. Nice place but a little too secluded for my preference. Felt unsafe with no phone or internet service.

The only problems we had there were pretty much "first world problems". This specific cabin didn't have any wifi or service whatsoever so there were no interruptions on our vacation. There were also wasps in our cabin that we had to fend for our lives lol but it was kinda expected being in the outdoors we just didn't think that the outdoors would come in. But overall I will definitely be back, maybe just not this cabin.

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2015 We got there a little later than we expected the person who called gave me our code to get in and it ended up being the wrong #s so we went to the people that were there and they ended up taken care of us... Couldn't contact owners that was a little crazy... Well finally when we got in everything was nice and cozy. But a little smaller than we expected... The bathroom was upstairs and that wasn't easy to get up and down all the time...Overall a nice cabin but for the price we paid was too much. Also thru out the week there was a critter in cabin making noise thru out the night... I didn't sleep very well... So not the best time for us... But it was clean and quite but no signal for wifi/ or phones... Lol I enjoyed the hottub worked really good... In the future I would recommend staying at the resort there in the cabins around us instead of the cabin we are in there is no one to help you... The owners are in another location altogether... They are professional just far away if you have problems like (locked out, mouse in house phone issues,, ect...) You are on your own.. For the money we dished out I don't recommend this particular cabin...

Upon arrival we did not have a working internet connection as assured, and therefore could not use our cell phones to contact family or friends while at the cabin. We called them that evening and they were unavailable so we left a voice message. They called back in the morning and told us someone would be out to fix it. Great! We get home after a long day, still not working. At this point I decided to not follow up since I didn't want to feel like I was at home dealing with the cable company trying to get something fixed. They did not follow up the next morning to see if it had been fixed. When checking out reminded them of broken internet and no follow up from manager to apologize for it not working entire stay at cabin.The bed is something awful, very springy, worn down, old bed. This was quite surprising as cozy as the cabin is that it would not have a plush, semi-new mattress. Other than that, the bathtub, jacuzzi, kitchen, the whole cabin was pleasant and enjoyable to stay at it. Bring your own spices if you plan to cook, as they are bare. They do have all the utensils, plates, pans to cook.

My one disappointment was unsuccessfully having maintenance fix the wireless internet. I phoned 4 times and was promised maintenance would arrive that day but no one ever arrived. Other than this one minor issue, it was a very nice stay.

Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to see the sites and attractions, but far enough away to feel "away". If you are looking for "a cabin with a view" - this isn't it. But if you want to see wildlife right off your deck - this is the one.Seclusion and privacy of the cabin: A+. At night you couldn't see another cabin or light, but lot of critters - raccoons, possums, etc. -very nice. Property Description accuracy - accurate, but I believe the "seasonal stream" is a stretch - a wet season runoff at best.Value vs other units in area: D While there I found several other cabins in the same "subdivision" with better views/more space but for less money; so plan and shop accordingly.Staff A - the rental was easy to arrange and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Lots of spiders on deck areas.

This cute cabin caught our eye online and it didn't disappoint! In a gated community only 10 minutes from bustling Pigeon Forge, I felt safe and secluded yet close enough to town for easy grocery shopping. The guests before us left complaints in the guest book but we didn't encounter any of the same problems, telling me maintenance was fast and attentive (although the waterfall didn't work for us). We loved relaxing in the hot tub! For those looking to take your dog(s) hiking with you, be sure to note that the Great Smokey Mtn. Nat'l Park is not overly pet friendly with limited hiking trails where dogs are allowed. We look forward to coming back to stay again!

Debra R. from Cumming, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2015 Elk Springs Resort Luxury Cabins. You cannot put this cabin and luxury in the same sentence. This particular cabin had rotted logs, no view, smelled musty and queen bed was very uncomfortable. Stairway to upstairs was steep and narrow. Outside was in total disrepair and not maintained. Other cabins may be fine but this one left much to be desired. Cost was not cheap. Only stayed 1 night rather than the 2 nights originally planned.

Lisa B. from South Bend, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2015 Our stay began with not receiving the necessary codes to get into the gated community or the cabin door. The desk at the community where the cabin was located was of absolutely no help and very rude, and without cell service any where near there, we had to travel several miles to get into contact with the rental agency to get the needed numbers. With numbers in hand, we finally proceeded to the cabin. The cabin layout was nice, but not as clean as I've experienced from other rental agencies. The out door furniture had too much bird poop on it to be usable, and the table on the deck was caked with thick dirt as well. The decor was a bit perplexing as it was a mix of rustic and Asian. The whirlpool tub in the master suite didn't work either. These issues could not even be brought to anyone's attention because our cell phone didn't work within 10 miles of the cabin, and we had no other way to contact the agency. The internet didn't seem to work either, so if you're looking to 'rough it", this might be just the place for you! Also....bring an air mattress....the worn out bed felt and sounded like it was full of packing peanuts.

We called three times to talk to someone who could help us and we forced to leave a message the first two times. It took about half an hour before we could finally enter the cabin. The cabin itself was nice, however, it was not vey clean at all. For the price we paid, I expected so much more.

Nothing was wrong with the Jacuzzi itself, its just that the bugs and flying insects took over. Main concern was cleanliness. Musty smell throughout cabin was tolerable, but urine smell from either couch or rug downstairs. Then mouse droppings in kitchen and on bedroom fireplace mantle. Upon preparing to leave, discovered dead mouse under bed. Would have come back, but now not so sure. Metal roof was LOUD during thunderstorm while trying to sleep

It was covered with snow and ice and unfortunately my car does not have 4-wheel drive so I wasn't able to get up it. Luckily we found someone to plow it for us who was not associated with the cabin rental company. After that set back we finally got into our cabin but we were still unsure if our cars were going to make it out of the driveway at the end of the stay which made for a stressful few days wondering how we were going to get out. The interior of the cabin is cute, very cozy. However, the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and watch tv. The bed and pillows are also extremely uncomfortable. After spending hours hiking in the mountains all you want is a comfy bed at the end of the night. And unfortunately that is not what we got. And the pillows were basically non-existent which led to sore necks. The hottub on the back deck was really dirty so we did not get to enjoy that feature which was part of the reason we chose this particular cabin. The rugs look worn and need replacing. For as expensive as these cabins are the least it should have is a comfy bed and pillows. I was very disappointed with these things that needed improvement in the cabin. Also, when the rental company called the day after check in to ask how everything was I explained about the parking situation and she didn't apologize about the inconvenience, she just said ok. As someone who works in customer service that response is not ideal. People should also know that this cabin is not in Gatlinburg. I would have liked to know that before booking this cabin but I was not told. Overall, the cabin was fine. Would I stay in it again? No. Would I use this cabin rental company again? Probably Not.

Even with the trees bare, the cabin was still secluded from the others and felt so cozy. The cabin itself is the perfect size for a couple, and still comfortable with a dog as well. The weekend we visited, there had been snow and ice, so the satellite was down and the Internet was slow, but we didn't care for it anyway. We also could not safely leave the driveway on the full day we had to go adventuring due to ice and the driveways precarious shape and cutoff, but again, cozying up in the cabin was not an issue. A couple of things I would change about the cabin would be the couch and the bed. For such a cozy place, the couch was not conducive to curling up and reading by the fire. The bed was also not the most comfortable I've slept in. These complaints, though, are overshadowed by all of the positives. We want to come back for summer, when the trees are full and create a greater illusion of seclusion, and in the fall, when the leaves are ripe with color.

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2014 The best thing we can say is that it was for the most part clean, with the exception of the silk ivy hanging over the NON-WORKING waterfall in the Jacuzzi tub. It was dirty and dusty. As someone who travels for work, I can tell you the bed was the worst I have ever slept in...like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet over it. The couch was not much better and with the placement of the tv and the couch it was a awful trying to watch tv. Still having neck pain. The options of subscribed channels for the Direct TV were a joke...not even a single local channel. The phone was some dollar store looking thing that did not work. The bathroom was beyond tiny and literally 18 inches from wall to wall over the sink. The fireplace stone in the bedroom actually protrudes into the doorway of this tiny bathroom and I have bruises on my hip to prove it. The entrance was dangerously steep to walk down.

The area of the cabin was quiet and had the forest all around the cabin. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The bedroom was spacious and the decks were great for any time of the year. We especially liked the spiral staircase to the second floor and the hot tub deck.We went horse back riding in the mountains, ate at our favorite Restaurants The Apple Barn & The Old Mill and of course the shopping was everywhere to enjoy.

Very comfortable for a young couple. If you are older with walking and climbing issues, don't select this cabin. There is a steep walk from your vehicle to the cabin door and the only bathroom is upstairs.

Stayed for 3 days in November, 2014 First let me start to say that I am extremely pleased with the management group and they were dead on in providing me with a cabin that met my privacy request. Nice site overlooking a creek and no neighbors. Kudos to the group who also worked with me when my wife had an illness that required us to change our reservation a few times. I am a repeat fire fighter customer and I appreciate the customer service extended by the entire staff.My wife and I were not real happy with our rental. Esp since we upgraded to a gated exclusive community and the monies that were paid just didn't go for what we had expected. The floor in front of the couch was sticky from something spilled on floor. The hot tub did not work, there was no complimentary firewood for us to use to get started as listed in the book, the place was very small but a good photographer can work angels which he did, very poor selection of cable tv available channels, knobs in shower were installed upside down which was very dangerous trying to turn hot water on correctly and possibly burning yourself. The cabin exterior was junked up with tarps here and papers around the sight. Safety wise the sidewalk leading down to the cabin is extremely steep and unsafe. My wife slipped once but I was able to catch her with no injury. Cant imagine what the sidewalk is like with some snow or wet leaves on it. The mattress is extremely old and we both spent the entire visit rolling into the middle of the bed. The bathroom and the entire cabin just had a dirty feel towards it. The fans were not dusted well until I turned them on then dust went everywhere, the bathroom was not wiped down just a very rushed cleaning, the thermostat stated not to turn below a certain temp which I believe it was 68, we got there the cabin was chilly because the thermostat was on 56.

The water heater problem mentioned on some other reviews of this cabin has been fixed, no trouble filling the bath tub up all the way with hot water. Cabin is secluded well, with convenience only a few minutes away. Cell phone service is lacking but you're in a cabin in the woods, cut your phone off and enjoy it. The bed is a bit noisy if you're moving around in it, but it sleeps well and we had no problems getting plenty of rest so that's not really an issue. There is a land line if you must call someone. There is wireless internet as well. Everything was clean and in working order, except that the DVD player remote had dead batteries. The cabin is perfect size for 2 people. Stop reading these reviews and book your trip at this cabin.

I did not want to touch anything. second night we were now fighting a bee. you can see bee's were nesting out side of window on the cabin. somehow a bee got in. thanks to michelle she set us up in another cabin. we slept well. we were ready to drive back to Chicago. over a 10 hour drive. your cleaning service is horrible. even your second cabin which was beautiful had dirt and crumbs under mattress cover. we were so excited sorry we could not enjoy any of your cabins because of flying bugs the sting and no time running out. thank you again michelle for your kind heart and professionalism.

The "creek" was more like a dried up puddle (not like pictured). Bed was super uncomfortable. Horrible location.

Stayed for 4 days in May, 2014 It's really hard to sum I words but my wife summed it best for our honeymoon and that was it was amazing as long as we weren't in the cabin. The furniture was horrible. The couch am the mattress were extremely uncomfortable and noisy when moving around on it. One night she couldn't take anymore so she slept on the floor and said it was the best sleep she had on the whole trip. We also found dust on surfaces of the cabin and the towels smelled musty; like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The wifi also would not work for half of the time because it was the cheapest company they could find. Also the gutters were exploding with leaves in them from where no one has taken care of the cabin. Elk springs resort was probably the worst company to work with. Everything was fine until I paid everything off the it was weird. When I called to about the keypad because the door wasn't working I got an attitude as well as when the wifi password wasn't taking. ( which arises another issue the notebook in the cabin has out of date information like the wifi password) And this is if I ever could get elk springs to answer the phone.

The refrigerator did not work, which I did not realize until I got in from dinner that nite. Called maintance around 8 and no one came till 11 o'clock that nite. They could not fix problem and told me some would be there at 9 am the next morning. I had to call at 9 to see if anyone coming. They said someone would be out soon and would look at again. I only had new day there and didn't want to waste with ur maintance dept. , so I told the girl to forget fixing. She said I didn't have to be there but I had my dog and didn't want her upset by strangers. After all that I was told I would be reimbursed , which took 3 was and I had to call your office several times to find out about. Then you only gave me a 120.10 out of the 7 hundred something you charged me for 2 nites. Really. I stayed with you because groupon used your company. Be we'll assured I have let them know how you conduct ur business. I will go back to Cove Moutain reality

The hot tub is old and most jets don't work. Internet and phone was not working. I didn't report it because I didn't want someone showing up at the wrong time. This should be checked when the cabin is cleaned. The cabin was extremely private even without leaves. Secluded is for sure correct. They called before 1PM and said the cabin was ready for check in which was just great. Cell service in the cabin was 1 bar and not usable. It was ok up on the road, or at least you could talk.

Loved the rustic look and the hot tub was so awesome (missed it when we got home). However, the bed was awful. Sleeping on it for a whole week was a pain (literally). Motion lights went off with the wind and woke us up a lot. The tub in the bedroom seemed to have a leak, and when I tried to use the waterfall I started choking on whatever chemicals were in it. Wish it was more comfortable, because we loved the location!!

Property management staff was very helpful as the wifi had just been updated and had a new password that was not in the cabin guide. We got about 4 inches of snow during the visit which made for a beautiful view but a slick walkway from the cabin to the car. It was so great to stay at such a nice cabin and to be able to bring my 60lb dog along! Will definitely visit again!

Only issue experienced was with the method in which the code for the cabin is given. You will be called by 3pm. It was going on 4.30 and still no call. Called and left a message, and sent an e-mail. Waited 30 minutes then called again. A pretty rude man answered and gave the code. There is VERY limited phone reception the closer you get, so it could be that they had tried to call, but no missed calls or v/m messages. Other than that, the place itself was lovely, very remote. Dog friendly.

The decor of the cabin was very up to date with lots of character. The main problem with this cabin was how poorly it was maintained.1) The screens on both fireplaces were ragged and had been kind of-sort of rigged into place. It was a total fire hazard to use either fireplace.2) The spiral staircase had wads of hair and lint/dust where the steps met the center pole.3) The upstairs door leading to the deck would not properly close- it took a bit of babying to get it to catch.4) The knob in the shower had been stripped out, so you could either have scalding hot water, or you could jam a fork down behind the knob to manually adjust the control.5) Previous tenants left soured belongings in the dryer.6) After walking on the cabin floors in my white socks- they turned back.7)Kitchen utensils were mainly plastic and melted on the ends.8)It was YOUR responsibility to carry all trash off- meaning we had to remove souvenirs from our trunk to make room for garbage.9) All items (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) were the absolute cheapest of the cheap. The perforations wouldn't allow you to begin to make a clean tear. It was either no towel- or 15 towels.Some of these things are trivial, but as someone who has stayed in cabins in the area before- I was HIGHLY disappointed for what I paid and what I received. This cabin was substantially more, for substantially less.

Stayed for 6 days in October, 2013 My wife & I were seeking a (somewhat) secluded location in the woods, near a stream or lake, not too far from some great entertainment spots, bars & restaurants & we found it! Our Creekside Hideaway cabin was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Wood-burning fireplaces upstairs & downstairs, a full kitchen which allowed us to take advantage of the cabin to the fullest, bedroom jacuzzi, upstairs hot tub on the deck - just beautiful. The Elk Springs Resort staff, particularly Patrick, were very attentive to our needs & were quick to address any minor challenges with which we were faced during out 6-night stay. The cabin was approximately 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge & 30 minutes from Gatlinburg, where we were able to fully occupy ourselves for several hours each day once we were able to tear ourselves away from the cabin. The fall season, cooler weather & changing of the colors of the leaves greatly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this location & very much hope to visit again in the future.

Only minor issues was the the bed was very "old" hard springs and very noisy, uncomfotable. Also the road (E Millers Cove RD) from 321 on the Maryville side (8.3mls) was frankly terrifying to say the least. Even in our small reantal car, was dangerious road. After we found the back way in to the cabin location from Waldens Creek Rd/321 (2.5mls) was WAY better of a road and was shorter to 441. All and all minor issues at best.

It was very peaceful, you cannot see any other cabins from this one. The sounds of the creek were very relaxing! Overall we were very happy. The only thing that bothered us, is the fact that you have to drive your own trash to the check-in office. We had a very full car due to traveling and could not fit the trash in our car (nor did we want to put stinky trash in with our belongings). It is very inconvenient! I feel that trash pick up should be included in the cost of the reservation. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Rey advertise it with an indoor jacuzzi tub which it has. Unfortunately the water heater is not larger enough to full the basin even half way. In fact you better make your showers quick as two people struggle to have enough hot water. Over 70% of the jets on the hot tub are non functional. The TV downstairs powers on but there is no sound. No screen doors so that you could open the outer doors to enjoy life except for the bugs. Management company did not fix or respond to message left. After leaving we found that a few things we forgot behind. Still have not heard back after repeated calls and messages. Company is quick to respon for your payment but all but non existent if you have a complaint.

Several of the drinking glasses are chipped, the can opener is broke, the grilling utensils are broke, and the biggest problem was the shower door kept coming off tract and would not easily open or close without using force. This made it hard to get the luggage up to the bedroom. When reaching the 2nd floor we found a full size bed instead of the queen size as stated on the website. My husband went to take a shower and the shower door was broker so i called the property management number listed by the phone. They then told me that was not one of their properties i had the wrong number. So i called the number that had called me previously with our access code. they told me they were aware the shower door was broker and had a work order in on it. The cabin over all was pretty clean, however the bathroom i felt was another story. The doors had mildew on them and the toilet was not cleaned. Over all the stay was fine due to the hottub!! I wouldn't not recommend this cabin to anyone unless some major upgrades were made.

A couple minor defects not even worth mentioning . We hated to leave and look forward to our next vacation at the smokies. We will definitely be returning to elk springs.

The location is very peaceful, private and quaint. A few issues that we had was the steps were a little loose and one of the steps has a ledge to it and I slipped twice; I'd recommend on getting that fixed. Our phone didn't work- could only dial 911 if need be. The blinds in the living area were broken and wound have been nice if those were replaced before our arrival. The water did not stay hot long enough to fill the jacuzzi tub, so that was a bummer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future. It was the perfect spot for two newlyweds.

Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 Overall, myself and the family had a wonderful time, but if this cabin was my first exposure to Elk Springs Resort, I wouldn't be a repeat customer. I understand that this cabin was a "value cabin", but there were so many little things broken and the upstairs was almost unbearable when we first arrived. What made the upstairs so bad was the carpeting. Not only is it extremely dirty (we left our shoes on the whole time), it smelled awful. So awful in fact that I was considering calling Elk Springs Resorts and requesting a different cabin for our stay. It really ruined my time there and I feel that I wasted some money, but we bought some frebreeze and sprayed the area enough to where we thought we could bear it. All in all, we avoided the upstairs as much as possible and spent a lot of time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which helped us cope with the cabin issues. Luckily I know which cabin ill stay in next time and it sure wont be this one.

We had a wonderful Anniversary and Thanksgiving celebration. The cabin was beautiful and the staff was great, we even got a phone call from someone asking if everything was okay! Creekside Hideaway is the perfect spot for those who like to get away. The cabin location is convenient for many activities but far enough outside of town your truly able to get away.

Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 We were over all pleased with the cabin, however, we were disappointed that we did not have any Internet connection. Your website states that ALL of the cabins have Internet connection. That made it difficult to plan our day since we had to wait until we came down to the front office to have service. We were also disappointed that your book in the cabin which has information has the wrong info regarding the cabins telephone use and number. The number in the book does not match the number on the wall. It also states that all local and long distance numbers are free. However when we tried using the phone, the only number we could call was 911. With no Internet or cell signal, we weren't able to call anyone without having to come off of the resort until we had cell service. Again making it difficult to call family and plan our day. We were also suppose to have a free starter log set for the fire place which we did not have however the Brothers Cove front office was kind enough to help us out with that.

Stayed 5 days and they never got the phone or internet fixed, that was an issue because there was no Cell service in the area. Over all not bad, but i like to have a way to contact the outside world in case of an emergency.

Because the jets were still not working all the way when we checked after him. the water in jaccuzi was murchy brown. Didnt even use so gross. The tap water was brown couldnt use it. The electrical outlets kept not working. House phone and internet NEVER worked. I am so disgusted about the whole experience.

My husband and I were celebrating our 16th anniversary, so it was perfect. The cabin had been newly purchased so we didn't have any phone service which was a downside since we also had no cell phone service because of how high we were up in the mountains. Also the property is not located on the resort so i would recommend calling ahead for directions..we followed the online directions and ended up having to back track. Overall we had a wonderful time
