Guests enter the home on the second floor where the front door opens to a spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area. The living room features a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The adjacent kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and a gas cooktop stove. Beyond the kitchen and dining area, sliding doors open to a deck overlooking the swimming pool below.


Also on the main level is a beautiful master bedroom with king bed and walk-in closet. The master's en suite bathroom has a double sink and high vanity for comfort. In addition to the tiled shower is a free-standing soaking tub.


The main level features two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with twin beds), each bedroom has a full en suite bath. A spacious laundry room is also on the main level for convenience.


Upstairs is a spacious private suite with queen bed and bead board finish.


On the ground level of the home is a recreation room with a television sitting area, mini refrigerator, bathroom and play space where sandy feet and swimsuits are welcome. The sliding doors open to the pool, creating an informal space to take a break from swimming and sun.

This house also has a guest cottage on property which can be rented as well to create a total of 6 bedrooms!
