A guest from Hilo, HI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2016 Staying at Four Paddle 1103 was beyond great and met all of our expectations and more. Paul met and welcomed us with open arms...and even managed to help us with our bags! The room was exactly like what the pictures show. The secured parking was great to have and everything was in great proximity to the room. The swimming pool wasn't huge by any means, but perfect for our kids and adults. We would definitely stay at this condo again if given the chance and it's available. The only blemish I rice cooker. You know the locals need a rice cooker. However, that was just a tiny microscopic pimple on the "okole" of an elephant! Thanks Paul for accommodating my family...We had a great time in Oahu and a great time at the Four Paddle 1103!

This was a very comfortable studio and had all the necessary amenities one would like to have at home. The lack of a dishwasher was not at all an undesirable feature, as I have one at home that is rarely used. The one improvement I would like to see is a counter in the bathroom - ladies do like space on which to place their necessities. Kudos to Paul, the property manager, as he was always helpful and assured that all needs were met. Paul is an excellent ambassador for Captain Cook! I would definitely enjoy staying in this unit again.

The Condo worked out very well and met our expectations in all regards. One key point is the associated parking stall is quite tight... good thing we had a Fiat 500.Too bad the new condo going up across the street will ruin the ocean view.

There were no wine glasses, not one knife that could cut anything, only one spoon, no casserole dishes, the cutting board was disgusting, there were no plastic cups to tske down to the pool, the wicker furniture and sofa are all very uncomfortable to sit, as well as the two wooden chairs on the balcony. This place needs to be refurnished.

He was super friendly and helpful. Showed us all the amenities of the building, and took us right thru our condo unit, pointing everything out that we needed to know. Unit was very, very clean. View was awesome. We spent nearly every morning, drinking coffee in the lanai and overlooking the ocean.(best part)!! Unit was stocked fairly well. Really enjoyed the kitchen, with the exception of not having a dishwasher. Minor setback, tho. Having a washer & dryer in the room was super convenient. Maybe the patio furniture could be replaced. Chairs were wooden, well used, and a bit wobbly. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our first condo experience. Looking forward to returning next year.Great experience. Great Captain Cook staff. They are great managers of the properties.

Stayed for 9 days in December, 2014 The room was very nice, but we had issues with the sofa bed breaking, light bulbs going out and the knob was broken off the one stove burner before we even checked in. We also had problems contacting our check-in person to report and fix these issues.

Some of the rooms have obstructed views of the water due to construction but not this one. Parking was easy, the building felt secure, and I would stay there again.

We had to buy a plug for kitchen sink and dish towels to dry our dishes with. There were no serving bowls, except for one wooden bowl and I found I had to put all the extra sheets etc. away as there no drawers for our personal belongings. The security guard was helpful, but the building is definitely showing its age. It was a little disappointing as we paid as much for bachelor suite as our daughter paid for a one bedroom.

It is a pleasant walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the city bus to get to Honolulu sights and to Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve for snorkeling. We plan to go back.

Parking space was very tight (even for a compact car), but they warn you of that and show you pictures of the space on their website, so can't really complain about that.

We enjoyed sitting on the lanai during the day to either read or just watch the city. Also, the view of the ocean was very nice and we could see the fireworks the Hilton does every Friday. The condo was very walkable to the major shopping areas in Waikiki as well.The only con was that it was occasionally noisy at night (especially the weekend). There was definitely some drunken revelry going on outside on the weekend. However, this was easily solved with ear plugs.

This studio Room is wide enogh and easy to clean up. Small but good view lanai is the most relax and enjoyable spot. We have enjoyed Sunbathing, Sauna and Barbecue at the poolside. The controversial points are unrepaired closet Rouver Door and Do not feel a sense of cleanliness about Linens and tablewares. Attached Parking space is extremely narrow and have a hard time of parking even with compact car. Except those, you can enjoy this room very much.
