The building is a small warehouse conversion and the Cathedral loft is the top floor (3) with partial entry on floor two. There are two large closed bedrooms,( and sofa bed in the main room if needed )... huge designed bathroom over 300 sq ft in size with separate toilet room, whirlpool bath, washer and dryer behind closet doors - very unique like the entire loft. The kitchen is extended through the roof and has inside access onto a private terrace with magnificent views of the St Jean Baptiste Cathedral right in front - views also of the city and the mountain - even viewing of the fireworks competition.
Location is AAA - right next to St Denis St with all its shopping stores and restaurants... easy walking to similar streets of either Mount Royal or St Laurent. Everything you should want is all around you. Also only one block away from the Mount Royal Metro station.
