Great location on the beach. House was very clean and provided all the necessities to include fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances, pots and pans, etc. Very spacious and excellent design throughout the house. Plenty of parking space and close to any and everything you may desire on Panama City Beach. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

My family and me enjoyed every minute of this luxury home! There was adequate space for our family of 17 to sleep, lounge, and hang out together. Awesome views and just steps from the beach. It is conveniently located to attractions, Pier Park, shopping, and groceries. The one lowlight is there were ants in a few rooms in the property. Bug spray was available.

We had a family of 16 from 4 cities staying for a week. The location was great, the house well laid out and comfortable. I did miss a guest book with information about the area, trash pick up, food bank for left overs, etc... The bunk beds are very out dated and caused kids to sleep else where. Mattresses need to be replaced. The house was high end and clean, but that stops at the back door. We paid good money to enjoy the beach front, but the patio area was dirty, out dated and offers only a small cement table. There is no place to enjoy an evening meal over looking the Gulf. The grills were cheap and dangerous to use. Although I would recommend the home for a large party, I would hope the owners/manager up grade the outdoor beach front area, or share a picture of what you are truly getting. As for the Christian retreat across the street, at times it caused noise and crowds on the beach. Even a few days the use of megaphones broke the sound of the morning surf. But they weren't out all the time and we mostly had the beach to your selves. Panama City Beach was a fun area and we enjoyed it.

The decor was very modern, the house was very clean and spacious. In comparison to other beach houses we have rented this was the nicest, hands down. It met all the needs of our large family.

The ocean view bathroom on the right had a terrible musty smell. We deodorized for two weeks and could not get rid of the smell.Property location was good except for the Christian retreat across the street which makes the beach very loud and crowded.Sprinklers ran two days straight causing ant problems.Other than the greatroom all other TVs only get a few channels.Property manager called and said that the cleaning people told her that the house was full of teens and this was not allowed. There were only two teens in the house with everyone else being 45 to 80 years old.(For this reason alone I would never rent from you again)This is the first house I have ever rented in this price range that did not have a separate ice maker.I have not recieved my deposit. Please contact me and let me know if you have mailed it .Chris Whitley

The house is gorgeous and was very clean and the furnishing are beautiful. The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked, has high-end appliances and is extremely nice. There were lots of nice additions like games and books. The beach location was perfect. Just walk out the back door and you're on the beach! It was nice to have the two stories with kitchens on both levels. The only recommendation I have is that it would be nice to have upgraded mattresses. Such a luxury house needs luxury bedding! Overall, the experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend it!
