The main entrance leads to a spacious and luminous living room where you’ll find a warm fireplace, a dining table, and a comfy lounge area with couches and satellite TV. The room is very bright because it has two windows and two French doors.
All the rooms in the house are decorated with beams and rafters, along with antique furniture and décor which recall the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan villas of years past.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to create delicious al fresco meals, such as an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, perfect for whipping up a divine caffè con panna.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and their own private bathroom and hydromassage hot tub. The third bedroom has a single bed and a separate complete bathroom with shower.
The villa has two gardens. One of the gardens is located on the west side of the villa and features a gazebo, which is perfect for outdoor dining. While eating outdoors in the gazebo, guests can also enjoy magnificent views over the surrounding hills and the valley of Lucca. The other garden is located to the north of the villa and has a private swimming pool 6m x 12 , perfect for a refreshing summer dip under the Tuscan sun.
There is also a private barbecue area.

The Pasquinelli Farmhouse estate is a Tuscan holiday home on the outskirts of Lucca, at Segromigno in Monte, a typical Tuscan village situated along the slopes of the hills of Lucca, and is surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient woods.
The recently restored farmhouse set along a hillside overlooking the plain of Lucca is, without doubt, the perfect spot for those wishing to spend their holidays amongst enchanting countryside whilst still being able to enjoy the benefits of all the latest mod.cons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive woods and has a garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the olive groves and oak forests are beautiful locations in which to enjoy lesiurely picnics in the heart of the countryside.

A restored Casale estate, 7 miles from Lucca, that’s been given a complete makeover and is now divided into five beautiful apartments.
The houses - Camelia, Orchidea, Melograno, Ginestra and Margherita - stand close to each other, and each has its own kitchen, living room, bathroom etc.
Between them they have 18 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, making them ideal for large parties (holidays, family reunion, wedding guest accommodation) who wish to rent out the whole estate.
Any size group from 20 to 38 can hire the Casale exclusively.
Lots of rooms and sitting areas can be found either outside and inside, those make it the right place to enjoy family and friends and also to have the own personal privacy.

The cellar under Orchidea is arranged as a big kitchen and separate dining room where everyone can eat together and even outside there is a big area arranged with tables chairs and umbrellas where you can have your meal enjoying the stunning view.

Don’t miss a walk around the ancient preserved city walls, where you’ll enjoy sweeping views over the city’s beautiful palaces and churches. Here the locals stroll, walk their dogs, chat on benches under plane trees and enjoy early evening passeggiate.
The town has numerous tempting bars and trattorie, and is great for shopping. There is an outdoor market once a week which is well worth visiting to stock up on fresh produce, and an antiques market once a month.
Horse riding (3kms) and golf (36kms) can both be arranged.
The city is ideally positioned for exploring the best of Tuscany, being close to Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Versilia. Versilia is famous for its beaches and nightlife (discos, clubs and bars).
There are fascinating wine routes you can drive from Lucca.
