This property offers spacious outside areas and a nice, well-kept garden surrounded by woods and fields. The interiors are welcoming and furnished in a rustic style.
The location is in easy access to many of the beautiful art cities in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca as well as the charming towns of Certaldo and San Gimignano.
Thanks to its large indoor and outside areas, this property is ideal for the organization of weddings, ceremonies and special events (on the villa ground floor there are large rooms used for this purpose only and not accessible when the villa is rented for holiday).
The access to the property is via a private, unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
