Breezy, bright, and beautiful, our oceanfront condo at Summerhouse 133 is the ideal setting for your Crescent Beach vacation! With lovely views from the balcony, master bedroom, and living/dining area, you're never more than a glance from the sands!
Nothing stands between you and lovely Crescent Beach but the manicured landscaping of the condo complex, a glittering swimming pool, and the gorgeous natural dunes. Summerhouse is the very last condo complex north of Matanzas Inlet, so you have nothing but water in 2 directions -- not to mention the Intracoastal Waterway to the west! Plan for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets at Summerhouse 133!
Our two-story condo is light and open in the living and dining areas, cozy and private in the sleeping quarters. Your favorite place will undoubtedly be the deck just off the living room, with its mix of sunshine and shade, casual but comfy seating, and ever-changing vista of sea and sky. The air is warm and salty here, the surf murmurs in the background, and sea birds wheel by. It's your front-row seat for the sunrise, and isn't too shabby for counting the stars, either!
If air-conditioned comfort is more your style, you don't have to leave the view behind. Step back into the living room, close the sliding glass door, and enjoy the beauty of Florida from a luxurious recliner or leather couch! The en-suite master bath is a treat as well, with both a shower and tub option. The second bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds and pretty white wicker accents. With plenty of floor and storage space, it's a comfortable sanctuary for children or a second couple traveling with you.

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 This was the first vacation we have been able to talke for two years and were very excited to find accomodations on the beach. The agent who helped me was very professional and helpful. He asked for what my needs were and what my family could afford to spend. He promptly narrowed to a few select properties and indicated SummerHouse #133 seemed to really be a perfect fit. My one complaint though small, was the instructions for picking up the Key was a little vague, in that we needed to arrived at the VacationRentalPro office to get into the key box. The accomodations were wonderful, the complex was right on the beach and had a ocean view and pool view. There were a few minor issue with the electric in the upstairs bathroom but overall my family enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this location happily. 1st time condo renter - awesome family vacation! Pedro D. from Oswego, Illinois recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 We loved our week at the SummerHouse. We looked for hours on end before deciding to rent there and feel we made a great decision. The condo is mostly very clean (some stains on carpets, side of the fridge, etc... but nothing major or unexpected). The furniture is very adequate to the beach setting. Beds, couches are comfortable, shower is very good, view from balcony and master bedroom is awesome. Met nice people there as well. Walls are not too thick so you might be able to hear your neighbor if they are making too much noise. Only time this was an issue was when one of our neighbors arrived late at night and was loading their luggage in their condo... other than that, no issues with that. Internet is spotty at best, and that was the biggest issue I encountered, since I made sure to book a condo that had wifi advertised. This did, but the internet is non-secured and very spotty (it is not located in the apt, it is a general wifi for the entire building). Beach is absolutely fantastic! Scenic, gorgeous, not crowded, powdery white sand, simply amazing. You can also drive the car onto the beach... just awesome... Beach is sooo peaceful! Pools are very adequate and very convenient from the condo. FYI, description says that Publix is only 1 mile away... NOT... it is about 8 miles away, please update description. You are about 10 miles, from restaurants, shopping, etc and about 15 miles south of downtown St. Augustine... loved the "away-from-it-all-but-close-enough-if-you-need-it-setting" Overall, just an awesome family vacation. Good location, outdated decor A guest from Douglasville, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 While the location was fantastic and the unit clean the overall furnishings were outdated and a bit uncomfortable. It was a shame that if the owner decided to put a bit of money into cosmetic changes the unit could be absolutely wonderful. I would recommend We did enjoy our overall experience.
