The Bay Residences are an exclusive enclave of 30 waterfront condominiums located within the Del Mar community of Los Suenos Ocean Resort and Marina. The wrap-around terrace provides the perfect vantage points from which to enjoy the sunsets and the soothing sound of the surf gently rolling onto the beach.

The large terrace is a terrific place to start your day with morning coffee or wind down with cocktails. The Bay Residences are mere steps to one of three large swimming pools. Guests have access to the resort's amenities, including room service 24-hours every day from the four-star Marriott Hotel. The Bay Residences Del Mar gym is available at no additional charge. Mead Brown guests are privileged with complimentary access to the private, oceanfront Los Sueños Beach Club. Tennis, golf and other activities are available as well.
