Enjoy the beauty of the ocean from this oceanfront home with ocean views from every room - early in the morning you can catch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean! The great room, dining area, and kitchen are open and spacious - all with ocean views . Off the great room, you will be able to sit on the partially covered deck furnished with table, chairs and rockers. In the evenings, sit back, relax, and watch the moonlight sparkling on the ocean! Also, on the top floor is one master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath.

On the first floor, the second master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. In addition, this level has a queen oceanfront bedroom and a bunkbed room with two double beds and a twin trundle. The ground level has an enclosed outdoor shower and a picnic table in the shade. There is beach equipment stored in the ground level storage room, private covered parking under the home and with the driveway there is room for 4 vehicles. The house has a phone, internet access and television with high definition. Conveniently located in the center of Surf City; you can walk to restaurants, shops, the fishing pier, sound side park, etc. Sleeps 11: 4 BR with TV in every room, 3 Full Baths: 1K, 2Q, 1 Bunk bed with Double beds & twin trundle (2D and 1T).

LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. Rental linens include sheets for each bed listed, a set of towels for each person, a bath mat for each full bath, and a kitchen towel set. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. PETS CONSIDERED w/$200 fee. *Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required - Tenant must choose Option 1 or 3.
