This oceanfront duplex home is located in North Topsail Beach only a short distance from Surf City with four oceanfront decks offering views of the beach and ocean. With both sides of this duplex there are 2 living, dining, and kitchen areas, eight bedrooms + two sleeping areas on the top levels, and a total of 6 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms on the first level on each side, a 4th bedroom on the second level with the living, dining, & kitchen area. Then, on the third level there is a loft sleeping area or great place to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor decks join at the beach crossover.

Sleeps 23: 1 King, 5 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunkbeds (2 Double & 2 Twin), 3 Twin, 1 QSS - LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. (Rental linens include sheets for each bed listed, a set of towels for each bed, a bath mat for each full bath, and kitchen towels for each kitchen.) NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED.
