A beautiful home with breathtaking views of the soundside of the island and the Intracoastal Waterway. On the top floor is a large and spacious living, dining and kitchen area. There are two dining tables and bar stools at the kitchen counter. A large leather sofa fills the living area with windows to watch amazing sunsets. Step out on the upper deck and enjoy the view from the screen porch. On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed, sliding glass door to the covered deck and a large shower level with the floor. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other. There is a hall bath on this level and a laundry room. The elevator is available upon request for a small fee. Ramps are available for accessing the home by wheelchair. Easy beach access, a community boat dock and launch area perfect for fishing or kayaking.
