Spacious living, dining, and kitchen area are on the top floor with an oceanfront bedroom. This top floor bedroom has king bed and access to the shower bathroom on this level. There is a open sundeck off of the living area. Gas fireplace not for Tenant s use.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a desk/office area, and the laundry closet. The main oceanfront bedroom on this level has a king bed and private tub/shower bathroom. The other oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed and trundle (2 doubles, 1 twin). On this level there is a covered porch with swing, which leads to an open sundeck and the hot tub. There is a secluded area on the ground level with a gas grill, outdoor sink, and an enclosed outdoor shower. NOTE: there is a $150 fee for use of the hot tub in the off season.
