This second row beach home is located on a quiet street with the beach access just across the street. The house has a large living and dining area with vaulted ceilings on the first floor. The dining table has bench seats for the family to gather around for meals or playing games. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with the living area, one is the master bedroom with a private bath. The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs on the top floor with a shower bath and the futon sleeping area is located in the open loft area on this level. There is a partially fenced back yard, a huge front deck with built-in benches and a private outdoor shower on the ground level.
