Only .3 to Brooks and Earle Road Beach and close to Harwich Port shops and restaurants. Ranch style home with spacious living room and bedrooms, and a sunroom. As you enter home you are in a large living area with seating both to your left and right with a Flat Screen TV, DVD. To the left is Bedroom #1 with 2 twin beds. Through the living area is the fully equipped kitchen and off the kitchen is the sunroom with dining. On the other side of the kitchen is a hallway with the two other bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom (Bedroom #2) has a queen bed. The other bedroom (bedroom #3) has 2 twins and an on suite full bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower only. Washer/Dryer are located in the basement area. Outside is a picnic area and enclosed outdoor shower. NO PETS! NO SMOKING!
