This fabulous pool home can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.
It is located within The Orange Tree Estates 15 minutes from The Disney Parks and attractions.

The interior was designed and furnished to provide each guest with a spacious, memorable and luxurious comfortable atmosphere.

The home is open planned combining the kitchen area and living room
to ensure every minute is enjoyed by all.

We have a Dining table for those who prefer a more formal eating experience.

Fabulous private pool with spacious covered lanai and a large sunbathing deck for your outdoor dining and relaxation.

The master suite with queen size bed and private en-suite bathroom which opens directly onto the lanai and pool deck.

There are high cathedral ceilings throughout the living area with a
couch, love seat and armchair for your relaxation.

There are four bedrooms, two with twin beds and one additional bedroom
with a queen size bed. There are two additional bathrooms one with
dual access from the pool area and the home. The family room and
dining area off the kitchen open directly to the pool area.

There is a Super Walmart, and numerous Restaurants are all within a
3 minute drive.

Located on Orange Tree is a children's play/game area, tennis
courts, basketball and soccer facilities.

Champions Gate and Reunion Championship golf courses are also within
a short driving distance along with over 40 Golf Courses in a 30 mile
Radius.

After looking at numerous homes in and around the Disney Area
we decided on this home, not only that Orange Tree was a clean
safe premium development, but the house design and location is
perfect for our family needs it simply has everything a family
on holiday needs

Living Area – the spacious living area has a 3 seater & 2 seater settee and chair. The 3 seater can be converted into a bed. There is cable TV with 200+ channels. From the living area there is access via patio doors to the lanai & pool area.

Dining area – This is a light area adjoining the lounge. Seating is available for 8 people.

Kitchen - The kitchen area is light and airy, with windows to the front & side of the villa. All essential equipment, including dishwasher & fridge/freezer, is supplied. There is a table with seating for 4 people. Phone with free local & national calls.

The washing machine and dryer are in a seperate Laundry room.

Games room – Pool, Air Hockey, Basketball & Electronic darts are available in the games room. Ideal for evenings when the younger children are asleep or whilst waiting for all of your family to be ready for the theme parks

Pool – The pool and lanai area can be accessed from the living area, master bedroom ensuite and from the kitchen. There is a large lanai area with ceiling fan where you can sit in the shade and enjoy al fresco meals, there are also sun loungers for those who like the sun. The pool, which can be heated. It is surrounded by a removable safety fence & is screened to keep out moths etc. Pool heat is recommended from October - April.

Master bedroom – The bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, TV & radio/CD alarm clock. The ensuite has a walk in shower, his & hers vanity sinks and a large bath as well as a walk in closet.

2nd Master – This bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed together with a TV, a radio/CD alarm clock and large closet.

Twin bedroom 1 – This bright, cheerful room is situated at the front of villa. It has a TV, radio/CD alarm clock and large closet.

Twin bedroom 2 – This room is located down the side of the building and has a TV, radio alarm clock and large closet.

Bathroom 3 - The bathroom is located between the two twin bedrooms and is ideal for the children having been decorated with them in mind.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
