Great location! Nick F. from Redlands, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The property location was delightful -- right on the water, easy access to beachfront, and views from each floor. The house had the amenities that we needed (# of bedrooms, laundry facilities, parking), but curiously lacked certain elements that we had expected. By example, the house has 5 bedrooms, but the dining table only properly seats four individuals -- so eating together for eight adults was an unfortunate challenge. Likewise, the "main" floor does not have a 'public' bathroom/powder room, for visitors and guests -- who had to subsequently walk through a bedroom to use the facilities. Kind-of odd. And lastly, for the cost of this rental, we would have expected that all of the bathrooms would have proper *doors* on their hinges! The smaller bedroom on the top floor had .. NO door!! This combined with a toilet-flush noise that could easily wake the neighbors, resulted in a bedroom that was a disappointment.On the positive side, Tim from Seabreeze was friendly, receptive and responsive to our impromptu requests through the week for garbage bags, etc. - thank you, Tim.And the remainder of our East Coast family reported that they had a lovely time. |
