Welcome to 80 Cassine Circle. This is a great beach home located in Cassine Gardens, a secluded beach community that is quintessentially 30A where you'll find intimate settings, beach cottages and much more.
First the bedding set up: Queen, Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa
This home is a spacious home that has so many great touches you?ll really enjoy spending your vacation here.
The living area is really large. There?s two recliners and two love seats located around a huge 46? Toshiba LCD TV. And here?s a bonus. It?s got Direct TV. And surround sound! And a DVD player. In fact, you?ll be pleased to know that the entertainment center is stocked with lots of DVDs. And, every TV in the place has direct TV, so there?s lots of channels, great reception. Just terrific when you want to chill out and enjoy some downtime. Or, grab a book from the bookshelf. This house is made for vacation.
The Kitchen?s got lots of room and great appliances. Lots of pots and pans. You can whip up all kinds of meals and enjoy them in a spacious dining room. Very nice. Or, even better, enjoy your meals out on the screened in porch. Nice. Quiet. Great landscaping to enjoy.
Right off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Really convenient.
The MASTER SUITE is spacious with a queen bed, lots of closet space, and it?s own TV. The MASTER BATH has a great Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
The 2nd MASTER is just as nice with a queen bed, closets aplenty and a nice bath.
The 3rd bedroom is set up as an office with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, which is kind of cool.
All the bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans, which makes it nice.
This is a great spot. For couples or a family. You?ll enjoy this house. And you?ll enjoy Cassine Gardens.
Cassine Gardens features a fishing pond, basketball court, 2 swimming pools, and tennis courts. In fact one of the pools is just a few steps away from the house. And while your beach house is pretty secluded here, you are right in the middle of lots of great restaurants, shops and things to do in Seagrove Beach.
The Snappy Turtle has bike rentals (I think it?s a law that everybody has to rent a bike here!) And cute little shops. And some really unique restaurants. Like 273 Whiskey Bravo. Make it a point to enjoy an afternoon cocktail on The Roof. Seafood?s fresh. Wait staff is really polite. Make sure you stop by the Cowgirl Kitchen. Pick up some provisions there. There?s even a Tapas restaurant called LaBotana. Food?s really good. Or, if you want to grab some stuff and bring it back, see my buddy Mike LaDow at Cocoon?s. He?s got ribs, barbecue, sandwiches, salads and more.
But don?t just stay around Seagrove. Head down to Seaside. There?s a bazillion shops there. And lots of traffic, so take your time. Or head the other way and spend a few hours in Rosemary Beach. Not as crowded, but some neat shops and restaurants. The great news is, you?re in just the right position to sample all these great opportunities from your base in Cassine Gardens.
There?s so much to see and do here. And this beach home is a great launching pad for a really memorable vacation. And with all the room, the family will have a great time here.

Very nice house just a few minutes walk from the ocean Laura B. from East Peoria, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Loved the house and location.I was very disappointed by the fact we weren't able to check in early at all.When we did enter the house it had not been cleaned at all.After the cleaning crew was done the house was still dirty.And they did not leave us towels or remedy the situation the same crew showed up at 8 that night to ask what they did wrong.This was really awkward and kind of scared us when they showed made my kids feel bad for the crew.There was also no internet which was supposed to be included.Overall if they hired a better cleaning company the house would be was obvious from the condition of the house it never gets cleaned thoroughly.The showers were very neglected which grossed us out.But the house was adorable and comfy.Another thing that was lame was the was extremely limited in the channels.We ended up renting Redbox movies.I would recommend staying was a lovely house.And the pool that we used was nice too. |

Wonderful stay at 80 Cassine! Ann M. from Tallahassee, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2013 Property Management (Cyndi) was so pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay here. This is the best location! You can enjoy privacy and yet a short walk to the beach, walking distance to stores and close to Seaside. The Cassine development is lovely with nature paths and pool and tennis courts. The house is a great design and so comfortable and spacious. You will love to sit out on the back screen porch amidst the beautiful landscaping in the back yard. Bike rentals are across the street and definitely rent the beach bikes. It is so fun to cruise down to Seaside and beyond to Grayton. The bike/walking path that goes for miles in both directions makes it impossible not to get great exercise whether biking, running or walking. Seagrove is the best beach - homey yet close to action - and 80 Cassine is a great house! |

Lovely place A guest from Senoi, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 We loved this home. Short walk to the beach and pool. It was overall comfortable, clean and uncluttered. We have 2 small children and found it the perfect place for our family. I would definitely recommend it. Cons: I found hair in the bathtub drain. Also, it would have been nice to have measuring cups in the kitchen and more than 2 placemats and we could not locate a broom. The towels were rough but they worked. Overall, though, it is a lovely place! |
