We pay extra attention to making your sleeping experience a good one by having top-of-the-line linens, feather beds and feather pillows, all bathed in fine, white Italian linens. The result is a bed that is a perfect landing spot after a day of activity.The exterior of the home features a deck and relaxing outdoor seating areas so that you can hear the crashing waves and gaze at the famous emerald waters of what have been called the most beautiful beaches in the world! Entertaining is 2nd nature in this open home! Park your car safely off-street and step into the first floor featuring open spaces and beachy chic decor! As you enter our cozy home you are immediately greeted with open space to best view the blazing colors of the gulf's emerald waters and white sand. We loved the convenience the house provided. We were a little disappointed with the fact that small necessities were not provided such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, beach towels, etc. It just seems silly to force your renters to have to go to the store to purchase items that are cheap, easy, and necessary to keep stocked. Overall we loved our stay in PCB and would stay again. |

Several appliances did not work, ice maker and dish washer. Had to call repairman out to fix leaking refridge. Property not maintained well walkway to beach was over grown with weeds. |

The property was beautiful and very clean. The home was well stocked for our needs and our dealings with the staff very courteous, efficient, and professional. The house has beautiful views from the first and second floor balconies. We rented the property sight unseen and on short notice for a last-minute vacation from Alaska, but were blown away by the quality of the rental. My wife loved the beach, my mother had the greatest time, and I left feeling totally refreshed and pleased by our choice. Definitely recommend this property and can't wait to rent it again! |
