Coral Springs Resort
Reviewed by: Brooke A. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2014 Stayed at Coral Springs over the weekend on a mini-vacation to go to Zion's. Everything about Coral Springs was great. It is very close to Zion's & St. George (<25min drive). The room was very clean and was a joy to stay in. 10/10 would stay again.
A guest from Pleasant Grove, Utah recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 We were impressed with the three room unit we stayed in. Nice, clean, and large master suite. Nice place to come home to after day hikes. Also enjoyed the pools; loved swimming outside but when it got too windy we just moved to the inside pool!
Rob D. from Provo, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2014 Really nice property - we have stayed here twice and will be back. Pool and jacuzzi need some maintenance, and the gate to our unit was broken off the hinges. But - that said, they are very spacious, clean and an excellent location to Zions, St.George, etc.
Cindy G. from So. Jordan, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 The condo that we stayed in had some plumbing issues, the kitchen sink faucet would run unless you rotated the handle after turning it off. The lights would randomly go off after being on for a period of time. The kitchen was not well supplied, no fry pans, not a full set of silverware, no window pulls in the master bedroom so we couldn't raise the shade. No blowdryer in the bathroom. The furniture and furnishings were very nice. We have stayed in other condos at the same resort that were in better shape and were better stocked.
Steve and Sherry T. from Rigby, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in December, 2013 My husband and I spent the month of January at Coral Springs Resort in St. George, Utah. We will remember nothing but a great experience at Coral Springs. Its was quiet, clean and close to all the main attractions in the area. The heated indoor pool and exercise equipment room were clean and well taken care of. We used it every day. The on site manager was always available to answer any questions and was very considerate. We will highly recommend these beautiful condos to anyone.
Trina J. from Las Vegas, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2013 We love our time at Coral Springs Resort! We hike at nearby Zion National Park, then love that we can come "home" to a super luxurious condo, clean up right, and have our choice of hanging out watching movies together in the living room, swimming - rain or shine - in either the indoor or outdoor pool, tennis, basketball...golf is nearby, as well as restaurants, live theater, and a movie theater! We love to barbeque dinner on our deck then sit in front of the fireplace playing cards together. This is just the perfect vacation spot for us!
Frank O. from Cottonwood heights, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2013 A group of us was hoping to take our houseboat out on Lake Powell, so we chose to come to St George to see if we could possibly get on the Lake - never happened, so at the last minute we booked a 2 BR unit with property management and they gave us a 3 BR unit for the four of us. We had a blast, hiking Snow Canyon, playing tennis, hot tubbing, taking in the Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City, and preparing gourmet meals. Our unit was perfect!! We especially appreciated the last minute accommodation of our needs!!.
A guest from Spanish Fork, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2013 We had a girls weekend and this place fit all of us comfortably! We had such an enjoyable time - the rooms were nice and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen and living room had plenty of rooms for all of us girls!
Marena T. from Richfield, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2013 We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! The suite was amazing -- we came for our niece's wedding which was poolside and enjoyed the convenience of being so close. Especially loved that all the cousins got to swim, play tennis and basketball, enjoy the patio and BBQ and have a fun sleep over all together-- the bedroom with 2 sets of double bunk beds allowed all the kids to stay together in one room and they loved having their own TV with DVD to a late night movie. The older kids and adults loved the google TVs! Plenty of room and open layout allowed everyone to do what they wanted while still being together -- we could even see kids on basketball and tennis courts from our window! We will definitely come again! (Only suggestion-- could use more towels and availability of pool towels)
Carmen F. from De Pere, Wisconsin recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2013 This was a very nice condo but a little overpriced. It was clean but not recently as there was dust/cobwebs throughout the property. Internet service was sketchy and one of the bedrooms did not have cable TV. During this trip we also stayed in a condo in Moab that was much better furnished. For example, your condo did not have a skillet or supplies (baggies, batteries for the TV remote that we had to purchase, etc.) Overall, we had a good experience but I felt it was overpriced compared to our other experience
Karla K. from SLC, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 You can imagine with eight woment staying at this rental we have a few strokes to share and a few blemishes to suggest. First, the positives: large and spacious, great location -situated close to everything, great air conditioning, fireplaces were a fabulous bonus, parking was good. Suggestions from the group: toilets seem to have faulty pipes - makes a loud foghorn noise when flushed, gate needs to be fixed, doors are squeaky, bathroom rugs were dirty, ran out of paper/cleaning products quickly (dishwasher, especially, needs to have dishwasher soap that pays special attention to hard water - dishes were very filmy). There is no doubt that our group enjoyed ourselves. Many expressed that they would come back again with their families. Thanks.
A guest from South Jordan, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 Awesome resort in St. George Utah. The place was very clean and very well furnished. My family had a great time!
Eileen G. from Draper, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 Other than the following minor problems we loved this property, and will return in the future and recommend the property to friends. The Problems:Had steaks ready for the grill and found the propane tank to be empty. After a phone call we were told the problem would be taken care of right away. It never was. Two days later, the tank was still empty. The patio area was not clean. There were many dried leaves and dead bugs which were easy to sweep off. The big problem was a huge pile of dried bird poop. The coffee pot was small (two cups). With 5 coffee drinkers it was a lot of extra work to brew 3 or 4 pots of coffee each morning.Other than the above inconveniences the condo was beautiful and clean. The grounds, pool, and tennis court were also great. We did not use the exercise room.
A guest from SLC, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 We had a great time at the property. Normally we stay in Green Valley, so this was definitely out of the way. But, I did like the solitude. However, I didn't like that you could constantly hear the freeway. The rooms and furnishings were very nice. Although, lighting was really dark. Also, we didn't have blinds in the master bedroom, so...the shade blocked out a little sun but wouldn't allow any sleeping in. Also, with no door on the bathroom and no blinds, anyone on the sidewalk could see inside. This was a major bummer!
Stephanie S. from Orange, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 We rented two condos each were 3br, 2ba for a 4 day stay. It turned out to be a perfect set-up for us, we definitely plan on returning. We loved that it felt a bit remote yet so close to everything you need, when you need it.Thank you for a beautiful location and property.
Charlie H. from Salt Lake City, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2012 The person we worked with, Gary, to book our condo was terrific! The condo is in a great location outside busy St. George but close enough to enjoy restaurants. Great alternative to hotel w the fully stocked kitchens. We will stay again.
Jeff F. from Orem, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2012 Generally good place. pool was nice if a bit small. We we enjoyed NOT being very close to the city (St George). The accommodations are clean, and pretty well equipped. Only complaints were no BBQ utensils, the outdoor fireplace switch was not working and the fluorescent bulbs they put in the kitchen and living room would flicker on and off randomly.
