QUALITY TIME WITH EACH OTHER
John B. from Walnut Creek, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2016 It was better than just staying in a hotel. We enjoy cooking so having a full kitchen works for us! We like to go out to eat also, but not for every meal. We spent a lot of time at the pool!
Malorie (expedia) L. from Salt Lake City, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2014 Everything was great. There was no tub, no indoor fireplace, no Google TV, and the outdoor fireplace didn't work, so I felt like that was a little misleading in their property description. Other than that, we loved it.
A guest from Lehi, Utah recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 Very clean inside. Love the condo set up. Pool could be bigger and exercise equipment was in below average condition. The pillows and bed were average. The shower curtain needs replaced. Looks orange. But the kids had a good time. Overall was fun. Hard to rate staff. I never saw a staff member around.
Kristen H. from Broomfield, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 This was a wonderful location to hang out and explore St. George and Zion National Park. The condo was nice, but many of the details were missed. The good:- Bed was clean, and comfortable, but very firm.- Lots of closet space!- nice exterior fireplace for sitting / nice view- Tennis courts and pools were convenientWhat got missed:- shower curtain was very dirty/rust/mold stains- dishwasher was loud and terrible. Dishes came out with film/dirty- one of the glasses broke in the dishwasher (?) had to replace- very few kitchen dishes/glasses, and all utensils and pots seemed dirty- kitchen ceiling patched with duct tape- ice maker in fridge didn't work for a day, until my husband reset it- hot tub was very dirty- interior pool had shower, with a soap dispenser, but it was empty (details!)
Alain C. from Varennes, Quebec recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in October, 2013 I like the place, the pool, the manager Brady was very helpfull and my " ball park opinion " is that we have enjoyed the place. But here come the less ideal things:The store in the living room was not functionning; the sun could not come in on cold days. There were dust on the stores that was not cleaned since a long time.I have lived 11 months in Bermuda where cokroach are big but we were finding one or two a month. We were told by the manager that they are commun in Utah and that we must expect to see them regularly being on the ground level. In our condo there were 1 or 2 small ones ( 1/2" )each day, most died and on occasions still running. They were in the kitchen and bathroom; may be they came in the living room and bedroom but they would have been difficult to see with the marble brownish carpet. Also, an emergency concern probably, there are no phone in the unit. Coming from Canada we did not had our cellphone; it is not a must when travelling normally. In case of emergency we were relying on the gaz station at a walking distance because there is generally no body in the Coral Spring Resort office. Also, Wi-Fi was slow and we had to reset frequently the rooter that was loosing contact every day with our labtop.I would returned.Last detail; the TV in liveing room......very too high on the wall.
A guest from Tucson, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 A lot of issues...kitchen counters dirty and sticky; no cleaning supplies so we bought our own. No toilet paper and 1 very small bar of soap for washbowl and shower. Bath mat and bathroom rug soiled. 2 out of 4 venetian blinds broken. LR ceiling fan is dead. No end tables or lamps in LR. Poor furnishings. No dishcloths, dish towels, kleenex, iron, ironingboard, placemats, stovetop cleaner. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzi spas not working (very disappointing). The whole experience was unacceptable. I would expect at least one day refund for this poor performance!
Tony W. from SLC, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2013 I only stayed one night as a rest stop on a long drive, but it was very nice and comfortable. I noticed water damage in the kitchen ceiling though which should be attended to.
Nice Rental, But a Few Issues Made The Stay Unpleasent
Anita B. from Silverton, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2013 Nice place to stay, great bed however we had an ant problem first on the floor and then the kitchen counters. Also had to spend $8.00 to get the strong smell/odor of fish in the dryer out so we could dry our towels and clothes. It was not an easy task and I really didn't want to dry clothes and have the order set into our clothes. The cleaning crew would have been aware just by opening the dryer. It smelled just like someone dried raw fish in the dryer. Also was not aware of how bad the water was and when we arrived the drinking glasses looked as though they were dirty with dried milk on them. I rewashed all glasses and plates etc., only to find they were just as bad. The owners of this unit really should put in a water softener. Also the barbeque very dirty along with a dirty turner, and this was the first thing you saw as it was at the front door.
A guest from Vineyard, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 Condo is dark because blinds do not work. Hole in ceiling. No decorations to make the place look homey. Bed was a good one. TV was good but how do you find a channel besides scrolling through all 80 channels.
A guest from Centerville, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 We loved it. Everything was high-end and wonderful. The only thing that didn't fit in was that we were supposed to have a DVD player. Apparently the one bedroom units don't have them. The manager was very nice and brought in his own from his apartment, balanced it on top of a stool and our room binder and strung it up to the tv anchored on the wall. I write it here not because it was a big inconvenience, but to suggest that they should do something more professional to replace that - and then I would have no complaints at all.
A guest from Orem, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 The condo was really nice. It would have been more fun to be above ground level. I had to worry about not damaging anything from their contract. I really enjoyed the kitchen and going to Zion. It was a beautiful vacation.
A guest from Draper, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2012 Only frustration is the kitchen had 3 large plates, maybe 4 small, not a full set of dishes. No dish towels. The cleaning fee is a lot for the place & the TVs are incredibly small for the space.
George C. from Las Vegas, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 Great resort! Rooms are large, nicely furnished, and the kitchen is as big as mine at home. Will definitely stay again!
Ruta S. from Finley Park, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 Linens were dirty!!!!!- that was the main issue. Nobody showed/explained pool/fitness room hours, property is too close to the main road.
A guest from Fladbury, Worcestershire recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 We would have given this a very high score but we found broken crockery and glassware. Plus the crockery, glassware and cutlery was not as clean as we would have expected. We had to wash it all before we cold use it.Get this sorted and it would be an ideal location to exploring the NPs
Reviewed by: Darren R. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2012 We enjoyed the convenience of having a nice size kitchen to prepare meals in and laundry facilities. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable.... feel of luxury to it and extremely clean. The location was convenient for our hiking plans in both Zion and Bryce. I have to admit, I got a kick out of the smart TV too! I loved the pool area - I had a peek at the gym and looked well equipped tho I didn't get a chance to try it out. I would highly recommend this as a vacation accommodation!
Joseph N. from Papillion, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 Even though there was a problem with the room, the way they handled it with professionalism and concern really made me and my new wife feel very welcome and cared for. They upgraded me and also took great care of us while we stayed. I am very very impressed with the customer service
Linda D. from Naranata, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2012 The only thing we found lacking were in the kitchen, no wine glasses, a bbq but no steak knives, no sharp knives at all for preparing meals, no pool towels provided and no full size coffee maker. The place is luxurious and large, great for relaxing at the end of the day but definitely need to outfit the kitchen better
A guest from West Jordan, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definately stay there again. I highly recommend this resort!!
A guest from Pleasant Grove, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 Loved the location and the condo was in nice condition. They were still putting on the finishing touches when we arrived. There was no shower curtain or barstools for the first few days of our stay but they did install them while we were there. That was the only time we saw any staff. At the office by the pool there was a note left pinned with a number to call if you need assistance. Usually I don't require assistance at my stays but we had an injury at their indoor pool that was severe and there was no one to help. I called the number and left a message, even text messages pictures of the injury that was caused by the pool drain covers not being secured properly. I did not get a call or a message back. I had to call to see if they had received the message. The injury was severe and I thought I was giving them a heads up to fix the problem before anyone else was injured. They didn't seem concerned. I was surprised by their lack of customer service on this matter. The place was nice and we had an enjoyable time. I think they may have needed to delay their opening a bit.
Finish what you began and put in a few more items.
Janet J. from Cottonwood Heights, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 It would have been nice to have a few more things available like more dishes and glasses - get rid of the cheap hooks in the bathroom - put in a shower door, better lighting in the bedroom and bathroom and a code lock on the garage door entry would have been useful. It seems like they were just slapped together with the bear minimum of items and could have been decorated a little bit more and not just with Walmart things.
A guest from North Ogden, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 i would not stay here again, in fact we ended up going home a day early because of the people with the unruley kids who were in the unit above who insisted on jumping up and down on the floor or racing across the floor with push toys from 8am to 9pm daily. there floor was our cieling with parents that did not seem to care at all when they were't doing that they were runing up and down the enclosed stairwell screeming at the top of there lungs. with no on site management there was no way to stop either activity. apparently when theses units were built one of the corners that was cut was insulation in the ceilings and the walls. at first glance the units appeared to be nice but in our unit the granite counter tops in the kitchen had already seperated at the seams, the sheet rock was damage on the ceilins in the kitchen the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. although they advertise outdoor patios with fireplaces they also do not work and there is no outdoor furniture or grills. also we observed that people who were not stayng there using the pool the word must have got out about no on site management or controls. your first thought might be this is a person who does not like kids i have 3 chilren and 4 small grand children i would not allow them to behave that way. in 36 years this is by far the worst experience i have ever had staying anywhere.
