Jason B. from Long beach, California recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2016 Very nice facility, really enjoyed our stay! However, it may have been unused for awhile as it was somewhat dusty and we found a few roaches. Close location to on explore the National Patks.
Mike C. from Carlsbad, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2016 The property was very nice, but had cockroaches and spiders some alive (that we had to kill) and some dead. All totaled about 10 or 12. It looked to me as the property would clean the unit right after it went vacant, but did not come back just before it was rented again. BIG MISTAKE.
A guest from Lander, Wyoming recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2014 The accomadations were spotless and very well appointed. The only problem we had was that many of the pool chairs were broken and the pool had been so heavily used by the families on spring break that it and the hot tub were both really cloudy. I would recommend this location though because it's easy access to St. George, Zion and other points of interest.
A guest from Idaho Falls, ID does not recommend this property. Stayed for 32 days in February, 2014 Kitchen poorly equipped. DW did not clean, oven would not heat to temp. Stove temp erratic. Two TV"S but only one remote. No end tables or lamps. Back door lock had to be replaced. Patio chairs came after 10 days. Ants, ants and more ants. One good feature -- great bed!!!
Sheryl T. from Holladay, UT recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2013 The wireles internet or phone conneciton was horrible in this unit. I had to go into town to the public library to use a computer. I did not know that the clubhouse also had wireless until later. It also seemed to be a handicapped unit with out a tub in the Bathroom., Many of the other units that I have stayed in here have items like tennis rackets and balls in the closet to use.
A guest from Murrieta, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2013 We searched VRBO for a nice clean rental in St. George, Utah. Found a 3 bedroom "luxury" condo in Coral Springs Resort. We viewed the pictures and after reading the description of the property we emailed to see if all the units looked as nice as the pictures. They assured us that they were all the same, so we booked it for a 3 night stay. When we arrived we immediately realized our 2nd floor condo had a view of a gas station, not what the pictures depicted!! When we entered the condo our immediate thought was, that it was very stark looking and very cold inside. We tried to turn on the heat but it was not working. As we looked around we began to realize this condo was nothing like the pictures. It was very poorly stocked, not even hand soap was provided. The kitchen had minimal utensils and the ones that were available appeared dirty and old. The guest information book was outdated so contacting a manager to get some help with the heater proved to be a challenge. When he did arrive he was professional and helpful, but was unable to get the heater to work. He offered us a 1 bedroom, which was all he had available. We moved all our belongings to the unit below and discovered the heater worked fine. The kitchen was stocked better than the first condo but still sparse. Only one dishtowel provided. We were never provided a key to the pool and clubhouse, it was "missing" from our room, so we were asked to contact the manager each time we would like to gain access. I phoned the reservations office and was credited the difference between the two rooms, but the gentleman was curt and non-apologetic. This whole ordeal took time away from enjoying our get-away. Needless to say, this whole experience has soured me from using VRBO. Buyer-BEWARE!!
Mary Kay T. from Lambertville, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2013 Monsoon season and flash floods. Thanks God for our condo. We would have gone nuts cooked up in a motel room. The barbeque was under the porch and perfect for cooking our steaks. We had a problem with the blinds and the management promply responded. Very spacious and top quality apliances. I higly recommend the Coral.
Cindy D. from Twin Falls, ID does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 kitchen dusty, dishes dirty, weevil in drawer,no remotes for tv's, no room manual, power loss to kitchen, living & dining room -lacking response to complaints- see letter sent to Tom/Greg Stuart
A guest from Bozeman, Montana recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in April, 2012 Our stay at Coral Canyon Resort was okay. You are really on your own when you stay here as the office was closed most of the time we were there (10 days). The 'world class spa' was either too cold or non-functional half of the time. I expected a fireplace inside, but the fireplace is on the patio and faces the front door instead of the patio area. The condo unit could have used a coffee table or a lamp in the living area...we moved a lamp from the bedroom and put it on a chair. The patio was nice, but there was no patio furniture to utilize that area. The information said to bring DVD's, which we did, but there was no DVD Player in the suite. The pool areas were not picked up daily, so it was a little messy. The location was great; close to golf, ATV, great shooting range 5 mins away. We really liked the area & had a lot of fun. Tennis court at the resort was great! Since the resort is under new management, they will hopefully get this all squared away.
A guest from Draper, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2012 There were pros & cons:Pros: The space was large and had what seemed to be all new appliances, dishes, bedding, towels and TV's. Cons: There was a horrible smell in the unit...maybe the carpet was recently shampooed which made it made it damp and stinky??? The pool area was covered with trash and people left all sorts of shirts & towels.
