No air conditioning in ANY of the units!!!!!!!!! Lina H. from San Jose, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 I recently booked this unit (upper) to celebrate my birthday with 8 friends that flew in from out of town. The unit was in a great location, clean & nicely furnished. The reason why I would never rent this unit again is because there is NO air conditioning!!!!! It's was extremely humid & HOT!! I called burr white to see if they were able to move us to another location & they told me that NONE of their properties have AC! That is something they should disclose in the description! I would have never rented this unit if I had known that prior. I would not recommend staying here! Usually opening the windows and allowing the ocean breeze to blow through will be sufficient in keeping the property cool, even when it's bright and hot outside. For these reasons, there is usually no need for any of our properties to be equipped with air conditioning. Unhappy! Carla E. from Bakersfield, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 As you know, we were not happy with our stay. If you would have let us know ahead of time about the extreme heat (with no air conditioner) in the upstairs rental, we would have chosen a rental at another time or gotten one on the bottom right on the sand. Because we had 3 very sick people, we had to spend another $2,000.00 plus to get a place at a hotel with air. We have stayed with you in the past, but never in an upper unit at that time of year. A head's up would have been appreciated. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Nice house, the only things we didn't like about the house was that it didn't have central air and the beds were not comfortable at all.
