While Miramar Beach enjoys its place as a more subdued part of the area, it remains close to golf courses, great shopping, and fun activities for the kids. This world-class resort features studio, two and three bedroom units with designer interiors. Studio units feature a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, whirlpool tubs and glass-enclosed showers. Two and three bedroom units include a washer/dryer, whirlpool tubs and private balconies. Non-smoking units are available. Special amenities at the resort include a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck, two gas grills and more. Beach service is available upon request with a fee- includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Please note that complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is available in all units except the Tennis Villas 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, which has access only in the fitness center. Front desk hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Please note that a USD 152.88 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 152.88 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
