Beautiful house, very nice surroundings, pleasant weekend. Snowmobile competition weekend was a noisy surprise. There were a lot of dead flies on the floor to greet us, but the rental company sent over housekeeping to clean them up. House was a comfortable fit for 10 adults! Great hot tub. A little bit of a crowded cul-de-sac, so not much privacy. Used the grill on the deck - worked well.

We were really happy with the place and the rental company. The only negative was they requested you take all trash with you upon checkout to a dumpster. We had been there for 3 days with 10 people and could not fit it in the car. We notified the rental company and they allowed us to leave it at the property and they would take care of it, which we appreciated. I just found it as an odd request to put all your trash in your car. I would recommed the company having somewhere for guests to put trash outside throughout their stay. . Otherwise, great house and very friendly staff!

Well done refurbishment on an old house bringing it up to date. Excellent beds and bedding, top quality. Nicely outfitted house - modern flat screen TVs, gas heater and fire place, great kitchen equipment. Would rent this house over and over.

We loved the property! Wonderful house! We had few issues when arrived, the hot tub wasn't hot enough, and the fire place was out the gas! When I spoke with he office, the lady I spoke with, she said I should call the office, but it was Thanksgiving, I didn't think they were open. So it was our fault that we didn't call, then someone could come and fix it. We will definitely come back and recommend this house to our friends! Thank you for the great house!

What a wonderful place! This home had everything necessary for a truly relaxing stay. The decor was perfect! Very cozy and clean. Wonderful neighbors! Didn't want for anything. Quiet location, great for watching the neighborhood does with fawns. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Doesn't get much better than this. Truly "Almost heaven....West Virginia...."

My family recently stayed at Timberbrook for 5 nights. The house is lovely and newly renovated. Everything was top notch, very clean and there is plenty of room to spread out. Super comfy bedding and lots of new towels. Property management company was very easy to work with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
