The spacious layout at Kirk Kove in Cayman Kai will surprise you. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach house found on a quiet, protected cove, Kirk Kove offers plenty of space, both indoors and out, for your group to sprawl out and soak up paradise.
Outside, you’ll find a setup reminiscent of a beachfront seafood joint, with a private boat dock (ask us about how to rent a boat on the island!), two picnic tables shaded by palm trees, a thatched cabana in the sand, and a screened porch with an outdoor dining table that seats 6-8 and a brand new central air conditioning system. All beside the calm, clear waters of the North Sound. Fire up the charcoal grill and sear some just-caught Mahi Mahi as the sun goes down. Or, if you’d rather, the legendary Rum Point Club—with its beach bar, popular restaurant, and watersports shop—is just a short stroll away. So is Starfish Point, a popular destination where ruby red starfish gather in the clear, shallow water. Kids love it!
Inside, Kirk Kove feels quite roomy, with open-concept living and dining areas and big windows for sunlight and fresh air. Many guests say they don’t bother using Kirk Kove’s A/C units, as a cool Caribbean cross breeze flows through the space throughout the day. Imagine sinking into sleep with a warm Caribbean breeze skimming across your skin and rustling the fronds of the palm trees.
Kirk Kove sleeps 6 guests, with one king-sized bedroom, one bedroom with two twins, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The layout of the house, with one bedroom at either end of the main living area, allows for lots of privacy.
