This brand new elegant mountain home is set up perfectly for your next escape. Cascade Mountain Villa is located in the heart of the central cascades and is your home base for a plethora of outdoor activities and great restaurants. Flexible sleeping accommodations provide beds for up to 14.
An open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area and granite kitchen provide all the comforts of home in this mountain retreat. All year long you'll enjoy the private 8 person Hot Tub just off the breezeway between the house and the garage apartment. A new Pool Table and air hockey table just arrived for some additional entertainment! Out back you'll find a private, lighted sledding hill and a great fire pit! This cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi Internet access.
The cabin is centrally located on 4.5 private acres just 1/2 mi from Speelyi Beach at Lake Cle Elum, and 3 mi from Roslyn. You'll also be just 5 mi from golf at the award winning Prospector and Rope Rider courses. During the Winter you can snowmobile or XC ski directly from the front door with access to over 200mi of groomed trails and backcountry bowls. Snowmobile rentals are available locally, please inquire when making your reservations! Towards the back edge of the property there is a great sledding hill for kids and adults!
As you approach the home you'll be greeted by an inviting wrap around deck that's great for summer time entertaining! The front door leads you into the great room featuring a river rock gas fireplace, vaulted pine ceilings, IPod Player, and a large flatscreen TV with Cable/DVD. The great room boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and 7 bar stools!
The main floor sleeping accommodations are comprised of a king master suite and a queen guest room. Upstairs provides for two additional queen guest rooms. In the loft there are two futon couches that are perfect for kids. The main house features 3 bathrooms with showers.
Above the garage you'll find an additional 5th bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has a Queen Bed, a Twin Daybead with a pull out Twin Trundle Bed, and two futon couches. The room also features a flatscreen TV with Cable / DVD, IPod Player, and an XBox 360 Kinnect with several games. The garage bedroom is accessed via a covered outdoor staircase and is not connected to the main house offering additional privacy.

A great place, but a few disappointments A guest from SNOHOMISH, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 The property is beautiful with great amenities. We particularly loved the sledding hill behind the house. I would definitely rent this place again, but hope they address a few minor issues:- The hot tub was probably overly-treated... as in, it stripped off toenail polish and smelled really strong.- The house manual could provide a little more information about the house- how to operate the fireplace, where to turn on the sledding lights, gives great information about the town, but doesn't appear to be specific to the house.- All the bathrooms have showers only. This is not a big deal for most people, but if you are coming with babies or small children, you may want to consider how you will bathe them.- They need to provide a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.- The heat in the garage (where the pool table is located) didn't work (or work well enough for us to feel it). Best Place for a group trip! Jeana F. from Woodinville, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 We were amazed at how perfect this house was! We had 5 families and it was PLENTY of space for all! Plus we could snowshoe and snomobile from the cabin! It was new and perfect for the group. The apartment above the garage was awesome too - perhaps the best room in the place. Hot tub was fantastic. We didn't use the game room because it was under 10 degrees outside and it was too cold to heat up the garage, which was fine - we had plenty to do! Also there is a wii with a ton of games in the apartment above the garage. I can't wait to book again in the summer! I would definitely go there again if they continued to offer the 3rd night free. The only issue was that the water out of the tap smelled strongly of sulfer - it tasted fine though and the smell did dissipate over the weekend. Memorable vacation Stay Amod S. from Redmond, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We had a big group on vacation at Cascade Mountain Villa. We had amazing time here. Enjoyed hot tub, played outdoor games in the big open grass in front. They also have outdoor camp fire place, but didnt use it. The hall and kitchen are big enough to accommodate big group easily. We wish they had any indoor games like air hockey or Foosball. There is Cle Elum lake nearby, but it was cold there so didnt spend much time there. But overall, this house is a nice place and definitely recommend it. We got locked out and Kevin (All Seasons VR manager) showed up quickly to help us out. Thanks a lot. The only concern was the small dishwasher as we were doing a lot of cooking. But really, if the dishwasher was the only thing I can think of to complain about, what does that tell you?
