One morning, in a middle of my vacation, a cleaning guy unlocked the door and just entered my "bedroom." Providing more privacy would be helpful. Whoever has the keys may learn to knock first before entering even an "empty" (as they think) unit. |

Poor place to stay in #249 A guest from Carmel, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 we would not recommend under any circumstance to rent #249 at Seaside Villas. First of all when we arrived there was motor oil on the tile, which I stepped in. The outdoor furniture was filthy. It had the fewest conveniences that we have ever experienced at a rental condo - no Internet service, not even a bath mat, no stereo to play CD's, etc. The condo was not even kept up well and I felt the owner is just cheap. In the shower, thumb tacks which were getting rusty were used to hold up the wall paper and when we first arrived we had problems with the toilet filling the bowl. Fortunately, the maintenance people were prompt and good and apparently the water shutoff to the toilet was only opened half-way. Another example of saving money at the expense of the renter. Avoid this place. |
