Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We have always rented through Vacation Time of Hilton Head and enjoyed our stays. We have been coming to Hiton Head since 1999 and have stayed in Shorewood Villas WSW410 before (one of our favorite units). We did notice this time that both bathrooms could use some maintenance; master bath could use a new shower rod (piece of cardboard at end to extend rod is being used) and second bathroom tub faucet has a leak. And our balcony was beach front which was great. The cleanliness of the unit was a little to be desired. It didn't appear that the unit had ever been swept under the rugs and found someone else's dirty boxers behind the bed telling us it was not cleaned there either. |

Check in time was anytime after 4:00pm. We arrived at the office to check in around 5:30pm and to our complex around 5:45pm. T A guest from Anderson, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 housekeepers were very nice and apologetic. Upon, their departure, there was still visible debris behind doors that I swept up. We also killed 2 bugs on the ceiling above TV in den and 1 spider on the far wall. On a positive note, the view was amazing and security of property was excellent. |

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2011 Shorewood is a great complex, centrally located for families, pool area is very nice and close proximity to beach. 410 itself was clean and but needs maintenance. Kitchen sink not attached, MBR bedroom blinds falling and broken, MBR bathtub very moldy guest bedroom doorknob falling off and although windows in living room are large and have a beautiful view, they do not lock and a child could easily fall out the window. Would rent again if issues addressed. |

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this exact location. The view is exceptional, the room is accomodating with all amminitie Angela G. from Belleville, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2010 issues with the cleanliness, pop stains on the inner door and food stains on the blinds due to the garbage cans location in front of the kitchen blinds. Any issues that I have such as this are minor in regards to the property, location and friendly accommodating nature of the office staff. I have and would again recommend this property to a friend. I have been visiting Hilton Head Island 2 times per year for the past 15 years. |
