Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice oceanside view. You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The amenities would include an on-site pool, tennis courts are available for guest use located across the street from the property, and complimentary access to the Player's Club for use of their indoor heated pool as well as their fitness center.**Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 For a family of four, Sea Side Villas and more specifically condo 309 were exactly were perfect. Here is a list of the reasons why we loved it - 1. Sea Side Villas is in a great location. Half mile down from Coligny and right on the beach. Big, uncrowded beach with a nice little tide pool for the kids to play in during low-tide.2. Nice, clean pool for kids to play in. Only gripe is that it wasn't heated. Would be nicer if it was heated, but you can't get everything!3. Condo 309 was exactly like the pictures. Clean, quiet (until we arrived), just big enough, nice views, great location by the elevator (you have to go through a set of double doors to get to the condo from the elevator, so it's quiet), had all the necessities (pots, pans, silverware, utensils, cups, microwave, toaster, blender, etc), and being on the top floor you get no "floor banging" noise from above.The only things we thought could be improved were -1. The hot water didn't have a long lifespan, so we needed to stagger showers.2. The beach umbrella was worthless. I took it down to the beach only to find out it was broken. (Honestly, it's so windy you can't really use one anyway)3. Could use one or two more beach chairs.4. One additional bed rail for the bunks as the lower one still has a 3 foot drop or so.5. Heated pool (I know I a nitpicking!)All in all, it's a great condo in an ideal spot. Can't go wrong with Sea Side Villas #309. |

Great restaurants plus the convenience of having Coligny Plaza located a short walk away. If you want to just park the car for a week, then this is your place to stay! As far as the beach, you can't get any closer. It was a great spot to just relax and do as little as you wanted or a short drive away from whatever activities you wanted to partake in on the island. Would not hesitate to come back to this condo or definitely recommend to a friend. |

Extremely convenient! A guest from Vidalia, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We were very pleased with our weekend in Seaside Villa 309. There is covered parking with reserved spots for unloading. The proximity of this unit to the elevator and the luggage carts made moving luggage and groceries from vehicle to condo very easy. The very short walk to the beach is level, and there is a very good spot for washing off the sand on the way back. There is a beach lifeguard and chair/umbrella rentals until 5:00 each day. Check in and check out were very convenient, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. |

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2011 THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN A MONTH WE HAVE USED VACATION TIME OF HILTON HEAD.THE OFFICE IS JUST SOUTH OF THE CONDO COMPLEX,AND EVERYONE THAT WE HAVE TALKED TO IN THE OFFICE HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND VERY ACCOMODATING. THE LAST TIME DOWN WE WENT TO THE CONDO AND IT WAS'NT READY SO THE OFFICE SWITCHED US TO ANOTHER, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR I NOTICED THAT MY BILFOLD WAS MISSING. I HAD LEFT IT IN THE OTHER ROOM BEFORE WE MOVED. I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE. THEY GAVE ME THE KEYS TO THE FIRST UNIT. UPON ENTERING I HAD NOTICED THE CLEANING STAFF HAD JUST BILFOLD WAS STILL WHERE I HAD LEFT IT. EVRYTHING WAS IN IT. SOMETIMES YOU HEAR OF THE CLEANING CREWS NOT BEING HONEST AND TAKING THINGS. WITH VACATION TIME OF HILTON HEAD MY WIFE AND I FEEL LIKE WE HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT RENTAL COMPANY FOR ALL OF OUR STAYS ON HHI. THANKS TO THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAYS VERY PLEASENT. |
