With a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront balcony, the villa is just steps to the beach and oceanfront pool. It is ideally located to help make your vacation enjoyable and memorable! This second floor villa, accessible by elevator, was completely renovated in January, 2010. Renovations included a granite kitchen countertop, an enhanced open floor plan and new furnishings and artwork. The freshly painted villa comfortably sleeps four in a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, shows and galleries at Coligny Plaza.

The owners have gone above and beyond with making things comfortable, convenient and special. Loved the location close to Coligny Plaza, yet far enough away that it was quiet and not busy. Would definately recommend this villa for a couple for 3 people. Only a couple minute walk and you are on the beach. Loved our week. |

Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants, near the major roads on the island, but just far away enough so the beach wasn't over crowded. Down two flights of stairs and through the dunes in no time at all. Unit was beautifully furnished and neatly labeled. We even had a stranger walk up and compliment past stays she'd had in the unit while we were sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Great getaway for two. I think sleeping 4 in the unit would be very tight, but that's just me. My only critique is very minor and it was the shower head. Next to no water velocity coming out of there. Would DEFINITELY return. |

The unit was clean, recently updated, and had every convenience. However we found ourselves spending most our time enjoying the ocean view from deck. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and best of all, very comfortable. Both the sofa bed and the mattress and pillows in bedroom are awesome!!! Don't worry about bringing your own pillows. The kitchen is well equipped, and the the ac and wireless works great. The dehumidifier is noisy, but you can turn it off when you're out of the condo. On super windy days you can hang by the pool if you don't want to be covered in sand. It really is oceanfront, with a beautiful full view of the ocean from the deck. I would highly recommend this condo for a single guest or for a couple. |
