Interior Condition George N. from Knoxville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 The overall condition of this unit is nice. We noticed a few issues that need attention. The tv in the living room area is old and needs to be replace by a modern, larger flat screen. There is no tv in the guest bedroom. The tv in the master bedroom is very small and needs to be replaced with a larger unit and wall mounted over the chest of drawers. There were several missing light bulbs in over head fixtures through out the unit. The sofa has tears and both chairs are old, stained and need replacing. ...... Thanks! Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 We really love the Ocean Dunes complex and I have been coming to OD for many many years. while i like the new layout, some aesthetics seem to be overlooked. The grass needs to be watered more as much of it is dying. there were a few electrical outlets in our room that did not work including the one for the microwave. Some dirty dishes were left in the cabinet. the elevator is hot and not well ventilated even with the fan running. More luggage carts are needed. while the trees by the oceanside are nice, they REALLY obstruct the view so there was little benefit from being OCEANVIEW. and finally it is a really big inconvenience that there is NO ICE MACHINE anymore. |

The only issue we had was the pull out sofa bed was dirty and could not use it. When we opened it perscription pills fell out onto the floor along with lots of crumbs, etc. Microwave stopped working half way through the week. Otherwise very nice vacation and I would go back to the area. |
