4 month stay for semester abroad A guest from Keren, Germany recommends this property. Stayed for 23 days in November, 2012 I stayed in this property with a friend for my 4-month study abroad experience at SDSU. The location is awesome and the apartment is furnished really nicely. Above that monthly rent is very competitive in comparison to other providers of beach apartments. The service team is friendly and helpful. We had no reason to complain. I would definitly recommend this place! |

BUGS BUGS BUGS Craig M. from Tempe, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Knats? Nats? Everywhere in the condo the first few days from people not closing their garbage bags and leaving food out in the open. Ruined our first few meals. The Management tried to fix the problem a couple times, then told us "there was nothing they could do." Spent an extra $30 on citronella candles and raid to get rid of them. Sandy beach rentals said they would refund me some money (that Im still waiting for). Nice Condo overall, sandwiched in the middle of other houses. I'll only stay beach or bayside for now on. |
